“A great hotel for a business travel or even a vacation. The location is so convenient and super close to public transportation. The reception staff were amazing and they speak different languages! Rooms are super clean and quiet. The only negative point is that rooms don't have any window view to the outside.”

“First the good: The rooms are modern, clean and comfy. Location pretty good too. They don’t provide coffee or tea in the rooms but you do have access to the lounge where a barista will prepare coffee for you at most times of the day. It’s a very nice touch. Now the bad: The staff are polite but don’t expect any warm hospitality. I asked for help reserving a restaurant for tonight and the staff flat-out refused without offering any reason. I was taken aback and clarified that I was a guest at the hotel. Only then did the staff provide a reason for refusing to help: apparently other guests have bailed on their reservations and the hotel had to pay cancellation charges. Well if you’re so worried please take my credit card details or take a deposit from me then. The concierge at another hotel I stayed in earlier this trip simply took my credit card details and she was so helpful. The huge contrast in attitude just made the service in this establishment look so bad in comparison. Such a shame.”

“I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and it’s right next to the train station. It’s less than a minute walking from Taisho station so it worked out since I had heavy luggage. The morning breakfast buffet is delicious. It includes a traditional Japanese and western breakfast. There is a public bathhouse on the second floor for the females. I wish that the floors had water and icemakers so only area to get water and ice was in the lobby. There is a microwave on each floor. It’s only drawback was that lobby smelled of cigarettes since the smoking area was right outside they should move the smoking area to further away.”

“Very nice hotel. Exceptionally clean. Price is good 7500y per night, booked 3 nights. Location is good. Rooms small, but quality of fittings is better than smiling hotels. Only poor element is the poor view from the windows. Update: after 2 nights the light coming in from the adjacent office block interfered with my sleep, something that needs attention as per other reviews.”

“The hotel seems very new, with a modern entrance and inviting lobby that has beautiful colors. The rooms are spacious (18qm), very clean with a new interior as well and comfortable beds. I usually check the rooms for bedbugs due to a growing number of travellers and also dust, but everything is very clean here. The hotel staff is super friendly and polite. There are snacks at the lobby, free coffee, free tea and cookies. The location of the hotel is very close to the train station (1 min) and Dotonbori (30min walk). It's quiet even though the hotel is facing a main street. The hotel also offers a Japanese bath, which I highly recommend to relax in after an adventurous day. The breakfast is rich in flavors with Western and Japanese foods as well as coffee, juices, teas and much more (check pictures and video). If you don't eat meat or specific meat, make sure to ask the staff for the ingredients, since some might not say that there are slices of sausage or minced meat in them. For 85$ per night (for two people) including breakfast this is a very good deal. Also there is a currency exchange machine inside the hotel - not the best rates, but still convenient for those who don't want to look for another one. One thing to consider is that the mattresses are hard, which is okay for me, but for some this might be a challenge. Also the pillows are stiff, so if you are sensitive to those things, just a heads up.”

“Our family just returned from a 7 night stay at the OMO7 and I want to share my thought as American tourist doing a long stay in Osaka at OMO7. The Hotel is in mint condition, it was opened in 2022 so everything at this hotel is brand new and flawless. The Hotel utilized self-check in/out with language selection in japanese/english/chinese. There is a front desk staff at all time to assist your needs. Just make sure you have the QR code or the ID/PW they email you. OMO7 has a large lobby area so it never feel crowded. The front desk is located on 2F and connects to a outdoor deck that offers unlimited free beer and takoyaki every night to its guest from 7-9. There is also a public bath (not onsen) next to the 2F common area. 2F also features a cafe/bar and onsite restaurant as your breakfast/lunch/dinner option. The dinning is a all you can eat buffet so I definitely recommending trying at least once for dinner. Our family of 4 stay in the idobata suite that comfortably house 6 and ample room for 4 people and luggages. the idobata suite has 2 sinks and separated toilet and shower area so very convenient for the family. And the hotel offer self-service laundry on site so if your staying a bit longer this is a good choice. Here is some of the pro for staying at this hotel. 1. Free shuttle daily to/from USJ. 2 shuttle in the morning and 2 shuttl at night. 2. walking distance to Mega Don Quijotes. If you never been to a Don Quijotes, you must check it out. it's Walmart on steroid. you will find just about anything at Don Quijotes, such as LV/DIOR/ROLEX at Don Quijotes. But these luxury band are all 2nd hand goods and they have rating of A/B grade. You can pick up a good condition 2nd hand Prada or Dior bag here. And among other things. you can spend hours in this store. 3. short walk to Shinsekai a lot of food choices. Now for the con. 1. It is near Tennoji zoo so I was glad we visit in winter. you can smell the zoo near the hotel. 2. Even thought the metro/JR station is near by, it is very confusing for the tourist to navigate. so do study the station layout before you go. 3. limited restaurant selection near by. But Uber Eats works well so you can order just about anything and have it delivery to the hotel. I would give this hotel a high rating if the surrounding is a bit more updated. Hopefully in the near future there would be redevelopment started for this area. if you are traveling as a family and need 4~5 star hotel quality with self-laundry this would a great choice as most japanese hotel room are very very small compare to US standard.”

“Highly recommend for solo and couple travellers! There's a nearby train station exit just a few meters from the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfy. The bathroom is better than I thought it would be. Hot shower was working well, plus has the typical smart Japanese toilet. I looooove the deep tub! On Level 2, there's wash and dry laundry machines available to use, microwave, ice machine, and 3 vending machines: Hot & Cold Drinks, Ice Cream, and Alcohol You can request for late checkout priced at ¥1,000/hr. They only accept credit cards. They also have a smoking area inside the building. All the staff were super nice and accommodating.”

“Pretty nice, cozy and great location hotel to visit all things in Osaka. It will give you the opportunity to stay in a local area and see the life of normal people every morning. Rooms are small but two people and 4 backpacks should fit right in. Staff is helpful and breakfast is plenty so yeah, this was the perfect hotel to start our Japan trip.”

“Charming, comfortable and very well-equipped property conveniently located close to metro stations and other attractions. Staff were excellent, welcoming and very kind. I was impressed with how neat and tidy the rooms were. All very well kitted out. The Onsen facilities were very good (apparently not tattoo friendly, however I wore a sleeve to cover mine and had no issues) for both me and my partner. Clean, well-maintained with pools, sauna and cold plunge. Free ice-creams were offered post-onsen which I loved. The free Soba from 9:30pm and drinks was also a lovely and very welcome addition. All-in-all an excellent stay and very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.”

Location - 15 mins walk from Osaka station which personally it’s not convenient to tourists and it isn’t the easiest to find. Amenities - amazing - you don’t even need to bring anything! Staff - nice and professional”

If you don't mind waiting 45 mins for a room with a broken ac when the weather outside is 1 c outside and the an additional 1.5 hrs for them to check MULTIPLE rooms to find a working room for you. Good luck finding a manager as he "apparently" doesn't work on most days. Definitely DO NOT recommend find any place other than this one.”

The hotel's location near Shin Osaka Station is perfect, and the complimentary shuttle service to and from the station is a huge plus. The suites are spacious and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen and washer/dryer. Plus, having Lawson across the street and 7-11 and Family Mart nearby was super convenient. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Osaka!”

“During our stay at this hotel, we found the room to be clean and spacious enough to comfortably open our suitcases. However, the lack of an additional chair made it challenging for two people to enjoy a meal in the room. Additionally, the room was not as quiet as we had hoped, as we could hear people opening doors nearby. The hotel's location was quite convenient, being just a 3-5 minute walk from the station. We were pleased to find two 24-hour stores and even a 24-hour McDonald's in close proximity, making it easy to grab any essentials or late-night snacks. The service provided by the hotel staff was excellent. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early when necessary. We were particularly grateful when we misplaced a pair of earrings, as the room keeper found them during the room cleaning and placed them on the table for us. Their attentiveness was truly appreciated. Although we were unable to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, which was served from 6:30 am to 9 am, the fact that it was offered was a nice touch. Unfortunately, we found ourselves waking up too late each day to enjoy it fully. One highlight of the hotel was the rooftop area, which offered a pleasant night view. It provided a relaxing atmosphere to unwind and enjoy the cityscape.”

“Stayed for 1 night in January. Room very small. AC was difficult to control. Therefore overnight the temperature wasn't the most comfortable. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Easily accessible from Rinku town station. Look for Exit 6. Outlets and massive supermarket (TRIAL) easy walk, but in opposite directions. Best feature is the public bath. The men's bath has a very hot sauna, a small cool pool, plus 2 large pools. Then the outside area has a large pool plus 2 small tubs. All very spacious and comfortable. Nudity required.”
