Breakfast was very good, but maybe next time I would skip the half board, the reason is only that the menu has enough variety to choose and it would not limit us between 16-19. The hotel spa is exceptional, staff speaks English on high level. Kids area of the hotel is well equipped. “A wonderful, cozy, tranquil hotel located in a Beskids mountain resort area, dedicated staff. I stayed in the apartment with the private terrace with the garden view. Must try is the jacuzzi or sauna, whichever you prefer. I spent 1 hour soaking in a jacuzzi. It was heaven. Also, breakfast was so good. Many locally sourced delicious items on the menu, definitely not from the store. I highly recommend visiting. Best value for money.”

“No matter how much frog will pump itself, it will not be an alligator. A nice place that looks much better than it offers. Breakfasts are more less ok in terms of food, yet served only between 9.00 and 10.00 nobody knows why, any attempt to do some hiking with such timing makes no sense. Food tables are small and without any sense of ergonomics - instead of being approached from both sides only from one. Long line of awaiting people. Water tanks for coffee are to small - another line. Only one place for fire and one for grill - to little I assume. Service is a point - our room has not been cleaned for 2 and 3 days in a row (including garbage). Rooms - hmmm, Polish standard 80' - no fridge, A4 standard TV made in XX century, bathroom in size of 4m2, tiny shower cabin made from materials with old, old times . And the beds - any move it squeaks - wooden single old ones. Some bright sides - good kitchen, not to expensive. Nice (yet not that big pool) and bania. Good place for trips in all directions. Many (yet expensive) opportunities like horse riding or tennis. To sum up - nice place with some limitations - yet some improvements are required.”

But you could see that there was reconstruction few years back. Some things were still old - the billiard, pink ponk table. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for the price.”

“I do not recommend the place, after the prom I found that contact with the owner was very difficult. The behavior of the staff was scandalous, during the party, at 3 a.m. the staff started collecting decorations, while the party lasted until 5 a.m., they did not bring alcohol, only empty bottles were left on the tables, where a corkage fee was charged for all bottles, food was packed from the tables at 3 a.m., where everyone was still sitting, having fun and wanting something to eat, the staff stood behind the bar and watched our every move. Nice place, tasty food, but all the advantages end there ;)”

“A centrally located hostel close to the bus station. I booked a shared room (4 beds). The bed utensils were clean and tidy. The floor was mopped but it could be cleaner. Since the room is on the side of the street at night you can hear the traffic but it is fine. The bathrooms are fine - hot water available all the time. There is a small kitchen niche with free coffee and tea as well a small kitchen stove for basic cooking. The service is good and the receptionists are friendly. As a drawback is the wifi to be mentioned. A poor quality connection, I could barely open youtube during the first night. All in all - a good price/value ratio: 7/10 Recommend it.”
