The restaurant and bar are fab, great food & drinks. There’s a spa, we didn’t get to use this time but hopefully, next time! All in all, I would recommend the Radisson Blu 100%!”

“This is a really lovely hotel. The staff are wonderfully helpful and polite. The scenery is beautiful in the summer months amd the surrounding areas and town are lovely places to visit although you need a car to get around. The rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable. The only gripe is we didn't have a shower in our room (just a bath with shower head that didn't attach to the wall). The breakfast was amazing. The building is spectacular and a real gem We really enjoyed our stay.”

“I enjoyed the location by the marina and easy walk around town. I initially picked the hotel because it is advertised in several places that parking is free which it definitely was not. I asked the hotel staff how much I would have to pay and was told it would be 15Euro per night. However, when I left, I was charged about 9 - for 2 days of parking. I don't know if that was because of the time of year (late October) and there were not many cars parking there or if I was quoted incorrectly. Just plan on having to pay something to park there or try to find parking in the free areas a little further away (and those were full when I was there). The room is pretty basic and I didn't like that the window was rather high up so when I sat at the table, I couldn't look out - had to stand to enjoy the view. The bathroom was tight - and hard to get in/out of shower without getting water everywhere.”

“A hotel low light to me, sorry folks. As someone else remarked already, the pictures on their website give you a wrong impression of the hotel. I am sure it had its charme at a time, but right now, besides the one brand new appartment they feature, everything else needs a makeover. It is absolutely over-priced for what it is, too. Our room smelt and felt humid, the bed sheets were dirty, the toilet dated back to the 80s with no possiblity to air or ventilate. Furniture was randomn (the bathroom was new in turn). We had room number 1 on the groundfloor close to the entrance at 268 EUR, you can get a much different standard for this elsewhere. The rest of the building is dark, there is dust, spider webs in your room and in public spaces. The outside is what I would call cluttered. Some really nice and quality installations next to artificial lawn, design lamps, non-fitting chairs, rotten wooden chairs and bridges in the garden, a tent, a trailer, more artificial lawn. The restaurant was the highlight, its interior definitely has a charme and is better than the rest. Staff are nice there too and food is good. Again over-priced for what it is, but good.”

But after some issues arose with our rental car and we found ourselves stranded at the end of the 2nd night, the hotel front desk employee really stepped up to help us navigate international calls and to extend our stay for a night as we could no longer get to our 2nd destination. Also the room was a good size for France, was around the corner from the heart of the best touristy area of town, mere steps from the harbor. A decent breakfast selection of pastries and yogurt/granola toppings. Would have loved an egg option besides hard boiled. Pillows need to be firmer - they just sort of mold around your head - even when using 3! Nice size bathroom & shower. Only paid parking available and its tricky to navigate.”
