Breakfast was more than expected with omelets, waffles, pastries and sausage, juices and coffee. There are also a variety of items you can purchase if you need a snack or forgot anything. “I think this has to be one of the best, if not, the VERY best hotel in Salina. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. My favorite part of the room would have to be the bathroom because I was provided with shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. I GREATLY appreciate that because I forgot to pack my own. There was also an EXTREMELY fresh smell all throughout the property. The front desk personnel were friendly, helpful and pleasant to chat with. It’s located on the sound end of town, and is close to pretty much everything. I’m also glad that my room was on the backside of the building, because I didn’t have to deal with too much in the way of hearing traffic. I will more than likely stay here again if/when I’m in Salina.”

“The rooms were beautiful, very clean. Customer service was awesome. The only downfall for The Visit and the hotel ended up refunding money. The hot tub and the swimming pool had too much chlorine in them and caused red eye and coughing fits. They were very sorry and fixed the issues immediately. My sister took my niece and her friends to have a girl's night for her 16th birthday, and she had an awesome time until they went Swimming, but they are fine and happy and can't wait till the next friend wants to have their party there.”

“Very nice hotel. Hot tub and pool are indoors and accessible most hours of the day. Nice clean rooms with a mini fridge and microwave. Right across the street from a Sam's Club with gas and an Aldi, so perfect for road trippers! 4 star rating is for the breakfast being a little overpriced for what it is, but worth it if you have a voucher. Make sure to check out the incredible mosaic by the elevators! Also loved the cool light fixtures and the resin furniture. Made for unique and beautiful spaces.”

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of the shower. The shower pressure was pretty bad and the paint on the ceiling was peeling. However, that would not prevent me from staying here again.”

“I've stayed at this hotel a couple times now and the best part about it is the staff. They are super helpful and kind. Luke helped me get checked in, in the middle of the night. I felt frantic as I had my children with me and a few obstacles on the way. But, he was very helpful which I so appreciated. The rooms are always clean. The entire hotel for that matter. But just a few things I noticed was our extra blanket for the pullout bed had holes in it. The toilet seat seemed to be peeling? Little weird. But other than that everything was great. The location is very convenient but a very busy area. We will be back and I would recommend this hotel any day of the week!”

“We had to stay here in an emergency situation and although we were grateful to have a roof over our heads, I would not recommend this place. The evening staff were obviously very miserable, but the morning staff was very empathetic to our situation. So, unless you enjoy loud music, motorcycles zooming by at all hours, construction noises until the wee hours and starting at the crack of dawn, then have fun! And not to mention the very small fridge, roaches, dirty walls, mold in the shower, behind the sink and on the walls. Nope, never again.”

“Stayed for 1 night traveling across country on I-70, with 2 large dogs, it was fine for our purpose, lots of decent restaurants nearby, nearby parks to walk the dogs, and rooms large (2 large dog crates) and clean. We typically stay at the higher IHG level Staybridge suites with the pups so this is definitely lower end, but the price point reflects that. The customer service was excellent (Jo)! It’s set back from the main road so less noise but still hear I-135 traffic. There is an honor system for snacks and food which was cute and lots to choose from. The gym was surprisingly decent after/before a day in the car. My only negative thing was little to no room in the bathroom for items so a long term stay might be challenging but we had a handicap room so maybe that is why and there were no King bed options, perhaps they were all booked.”
