“Stayed here for two nights while cleaning out my father’s house. The two-room suite was just what we needed and was exceedingly comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and polite, going above-and-beyond to help us with some special requests. The extra assistance made the difficult task we were in town to do much easier. We especially appreciated the great breakfast with extensive options and the bartender at the evening reception. A great choice for staying in this part of Oklahoma City.”

“Stayed my second time at this very nice new hotel, while participating at the Vinyl Record Show in their conference center. The convenience of doing check-in, through the app , as well as using my phone as room key, really streamlined of my experience and saved valuable time. I actually never once went to the front desk on this visit, and was able to check out without having to leave my booth at the show. I did meet some of the staff who came to my booth, including Taylor from the front desk. They were very nice and helpful. I look forward to my next stay there!”

“Traveling here for work, honestly one of the worst experiences I have had was with this hotel. Originally stayed here for 10 days, tried to extend our stay we were told we weren’t able to since all the 1 King Bed, 1 bedrooms were all booked up. Once they had availability we tried coming back for our remaining 30+ days. A week before coming back here we got an email confirming the 1 king bed with the 1 bedroom, the day before check in I was able to pick our room. Day of check in we get there and, without notifying me, they changed our room because some higher up for the hotel chain decided to extend their stay in the 1 king bed, 1 bedroom. The GM changed our room to just a small room to accommodate their superior. To top it off, the superior was supposed to leave the next day but they wouldn’t guarantee our room after they left because they wanted to leave it open in case they wanted to extend again. We couldn’t stay in the smaller room because we have a baby with us and my husband works from home.. We do not recommend staying here unless you’re 100% flexible with your plans. The biggest disappointment is that we were not notified so we could’ve made other arrangements before packing up and coming over, and they charged us when we couldn’t stay there after being bumped.”

“I booked 2 queens with a pull out couch. When I arrived the front desk attendant was nice. So we proceeded to check in and she said the deposit is just $20 which was nice and swiped my card and she said the total 240 okay that’s what I paid for the 3rd party Priceline so headed to the room and looked at my bank account and it was double charged 1 for the Priceline and 2 for the hotel which she apologized and said she cancelled it but didn’t. The room was nice and the pool was nice as well. As I check out I only stayed 2 nights and was almost charged for 3 nights ALWAYS CHECK OUT and that was 370… so just watch this hotel! I called spoke to a manager and she said she would refund the money and still has not refunded any money.”

The room was clean, the only issue was the shower needs updated. It had mold on the caulking. Other than that everything was good and we would stay here again.”

“The location is accessible which is nice. It’s a short walk to anywhere I’ve wanted to walk to rather than drive. The location can get noisy on weekends because there are car clubs and motorcycle clubs that hang out across the street in a parking lot. I imagine that a north facing room wouldn’t be as bad. There are a couple small homeless camps nearby but the camps and the people staying in them honestly haven’t been an issue during my long stay here. The parking lot is well lit and a key card is required to access the builder after 10. There are lots of food options nearby as well. 3-4 days out of the week a train comes by very close to the hotel around 7:30 so if you’re not an early riser, choose a different place. I haven’t heard it come by more than a couple times at night though. Overall, it’s a decent hotel and close to a lot of activities and food options. I’d stay here again.”

“One of the best value hotels I've ever stayed at. Super cheap rooms $70-$80 a night. Got a room with 2 queen beds and there was way more space in the room than you get in most hotels. Lots of desk/counter space. Room was nice a clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. Had the mini kitchen in the room. They offered free shuttle to the general brick town area. To use it you talk with the front desk a they will reach out to the shuttle for you. You can also call the front desk and have the shuttle come pick you up as well and bring you back to the hotel as well. Decent amount of parking. No issues with finding parking space. The 2 people working that we interacted with were both very nice and helpful. I would definitely come back here.”

“Pros : Service is great! Staff are friendly. The price is fantastic too! Beautiful sunsets. The room and bathroom were clean. The only 2 cons are the lack of the breakfast items - ALL the items were sweet items. No protein (like a meat). I appreciate the hotel putting out a breakfast spread, and I do appreciate that it costs a lot to have a variety of items. But I feel even offering something like a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich would have been substantial! The other con which was THE WORST thing about the hotel room - the beds are ROCK hard.”

“First of all I wanted to give 5 stars ...but lack of attention to detail... I couldn't go 5 stars. This is because (ladies at front desk 1 training) were both really nice and welcoming and on check in. was assisting with breakfast but yet still checking out customers. The weekend as a whole seemed not to busy for Residence inn Tulsa downtown. In town for a wedding across the street at the Mayo hotel... I called the night before fo confirm the note of feather free pillows as we have a down allergy and travel with EpiPens... They absolutely let me down on the overall experience. I am a platinum elite Marriott rewards member and choose this hotel chain based on positive previous experiences. I have started staying with the Hilton chain most recently....and might go exclusively with them. (Due to numerous mistakes on attention to detail) Down allergies are a real thing...and can get serious quickly. I choose to inspect all pillows as soon as I get in the room - when checking into the room first thing as I can't trust Marriott properties to look on the reservation where it reads down allergy. Feather free room. On arrival to room...you guessed it - 4 of the 4 pillows with duck feathers/down filling. Steamed at this point I took the pillows and placed outside the room. I informed Front desk as we left for our wedding.... The room was clean, breakfast staff was hard to find. Housekeeping staff had smiles on their faces. The hotel was clean and seemed secure from the rif raf walking around downtown. The bar wasn't open when I checked in nor could I grab any beers from the market. Unfortunate. Lost out on some easy business. I was thirsty!! This was an experience I felt needed to be documented to management so I posted to social media. Hopefully they can get the attention to details ironed out. If a place can't accommodate my request..just let me know I can stay elsewhere. “We had reservations for brunch with a large party. As our server began to take our drink orders she asked how the checks would be split, we explained, and all seemed well. It took a long time for all of our drinks to come out but we were patient due to the size of our group. Some drinks came out that no one had ordered. Our food also took a long time to come out and again some things came out that nobody had ordered while other meals were completely missing. The server was totally unaware of what was going on. At the end of the meal when it was time to pay we were informed that they were actually unable to split our checks as discussed at the beginning. We received various excuses for this. One being they couldn’t keep up with all of our orders and how to split it. Again we tried to be understanding because we had a large group and so we offered to go through the check and advise how to divide it. They refused to allow this and then we were told a different excuse about how their system just won’t allow the checks to be split. I have no idea what is true but they ultimately said our only options are to pay in full with one card and work it out amongst ourselves or they could split the whole check evenly. The even split option would be unfair as some people had one meal with water while others had multiple meals and alcoholic drinks. Due to the size of our group the bill was $550.. thank goodness someone at our table was able to cover it and work out how to be repaid by everyone. I don’t know what they would have said if one person couldn’t cover it in full? Another surprise came in the form of a 20% “service fee” which was added on when they ran the card. This was not listed on the original check so the total ended up being $100 higher than we had all anticipated when figuring out the split. This whole event was incredibly frustrating. A little bit of communication at the time of booking would have gone a long way in preventing this if they truly don’t allow split checks for large groups. We could have all come with cash or a plan if we had known. The place is cute and the food was good but the poor service is a huge disappointment.”

The supervisor Monique was wonderful, and I am grateful that she immediately worked to get the issue resolved, and to provide more coaching to her front desk staff. They should remember they are the first impression of their workplace. This was going to be my last time at Aloft, but her professionalism and warmth changed my mind.”

“After countless summers spent at Lake Murray tent camping, boating, and watersports, we thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing fall visit staying at Lake Murray Floating Cabins! The cabins were clean and comfortable, and were stocked with all the essentials. Sunrise and sunsets on the deck were amazing, and we had plenty of aquatic and waterfowl visitors that provided entertainment. We were fortunate to have scheduled on a warm November weekend, so we hiked and explored, but also took some time to take in the quiet and calmness of the lake. Only thing missing was a campfire!”

“The room was dirty when we checked in. Literally beer cans and a Taco Bell cup behind the sofa in the room. We requested several times for the room to be cleaned. We keep receiving the run around , saying that no one could come, we had to ask for the room the be cleaned before 8 am etc. I literally had to call the cooperate customer service line for them to get my room cleaned. Then when they did clean the room, they half cleaned the room again…. The housekeep literally made one bed and left the other undone. The cups we have been asking for days for them to clean up, still remained there. I would never stay at this location, bad service all the way around”
