“Clean and nice, friendly staff but most of them don't speak English. Rooms are nice and have enough space. AC was on heat in October at night and there is no way to turn on cold, and opening the window was not an option because it's located on a main street, take a light pajama :) breakfast was good with lots of options. Location is not far from main attractions. Value for money too.”

“For visa purposes I had to stay very long in Ankara and among all other hotels I’ve stayed at - this is the very best! Overall I lived here for about 2 weeks. Being recently renovated, outside view is great and really stands out. Interior design is amazing and very consistent. Reception service is outstanding and very friendly. Anything they can help with or fix, they are available, 24/7. Traveling solo, I felt safe. Location is superb, quiet street but very close to everything needed. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, selection of pillows is diverse. Breakfast is a bit repetitive, but I did live very long. Overall breakfast was good and nourishing. View from breakfast lounge is great! ☺️ Pub on ground floor is very cool, good food and nice beer selection. Separate and additional notes about spa and pool. I’ve chosen this hotel specifically for it, and I was not disappointed. Good massage, spacious pool, sauna, hammam, relaxation area, gym. Operating hours in November were 10am-10pm. Above all I was very much impressed by courtesy and professionalism of Spa manager Erkan. Thank you very much! Very tactful, attentive and professional. If I come back to Ankara, I will only stay in this hotel!”

“I checked into this hotel late at night tired after a long trip. As I tried to take a shower, they had no hot water. They had to come and open some sort of faucet for a hot water. After I finally took the shower as I got into bed I immediately realized the sheets smelled like someone slept in them before me. Needless to say I felt disgusted and dirty all over again. That’s like the worst thing that can happen. I had to request for new sheets and had to make the bed myself as the housekeeping was gone for the day. The breakfast was decent though. I recommend inspecting and smelling the sheets before getting in at this hotel if you decide to use them. Update: an answer to hotels response: Let the real boss of this establishment check the cameras and see how many times someone came upstairs to first deal with the water issue then second time to hand me new sheets. I’m glad you mentioned the refund matter ironically thinking it would be in your favor. You charged me $55 for checking out 2 hours late which I didn’t mention as it was within hotel policy. However, to use that to claim I’m lying about your dirty sheets just proves my point the kind of establishment you manage. You had the opportunity to do something about the inconvenience you caused but you didn’t take it.”

“Only stayed 1 night at the hotel, and was only there a total of 10 hours so can't comment on too much. Room was OK, a lot of furniture in a small area, bathroom was really big and clean. No iron and ironing board, but reception provided one in no time after a quick call. Breakfast was a very simple affair, and may not be enough if you have a busy day ahead.”

“1- There was only one spotlight working in the bathroom, so it was dark around the bathtub. 2- The toilet tank was leaking; you had to press it a few times to stop the leak. 3- The shampoo and body wash were combined into one product. 4- The towels had a strong bleach smell. !!5- The water pressure was typical for a 4-star hotel, but the water had a greasy texture and feel. Perhaps due to old lead pipes/heater tank?!! 6- There were only 2 power outlets for the entire room: one near the window-side bed and one on the desk. Had to move to the bed for working on my laptop, chair was quite loud when moving. 7- The hotel was relatively quiet, but the walls were thin. I could hear a lady in the next room who coughed all night. 8- The cabinet light worked only on one side. 9- I couldn't quite figure out why the door lock did not locked all the way through. 10- I stayed in a room with two single beds placed only 2 inches apart, making it feel like a double bed. 11- The pillows were not very soft. 12- On the bright side of things, the breakfast was satisfactory with wide range of offerings. 13- The exterior seemed cozy and boutique, but overall, it's a normal-ish hotel with a satisfactory breakfast experience, among other issues. 14- Not really affordable for its level.”

“The property has a good location, situated at the heart of a lovely neighborhood and encompassed by numerous cafes and restaurants. However, the rooms were not particularly clean, with a noticeable odor of cigarette smoke and mold. Additionally, we found holes in the bed sheets. Also, there were no elevators. Although the receptionist who checked us in was friendly and helpful, some other staff members displayed rudeness and could benefit from customer service training. The most concerning issue was when a receptionist publicly warned us during the day, with other guests present, due to a complaint from another guest about what we considered normal daytime noise. This warning was delivered impolitely, which was unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. Firstly, such matters should be discussed privately with the guest, not in front of others. Secondly, it was daytime, and we shouldn't have been warned for regular noise, especially given the hotel's known lack of soundproofing. Lastly, if there was a need to communicate this issue, it should have been done in a more tactful manner, rather than bluntly stating that another guest was considering calling the police. This was a highly disappointing experience, and I would advise avoiding this hotel!!”
