Dinning area is nice, spacing between tables are sufficient, to give you the relaxation.The staffs and chefs are friendly, to welcome and introduce the food. “A good friend recommended Bebek Hotel as I have a preference for boutiques. I’m glad I blindly trusted my friend rather than rely on reviews as had I looked at some of the hotel guest reviews below - I might have reconsidered. I had a room on the second floor with a street view. I had a cocktail at the downstairs cafe when I arrived, and the views were incredible. I was exhausted from traveling so I ordered room service which came from the same cafe. The food was good, particularly the Winter Green salad. I’m surprised to see the reviews regarding the snobbery of the staff. This was not my experience. Amir was my first point of contact and really went above and beyond. The only issue I had was being unable to sit at the downstairs cafe on Sunday as there were no tables, but that is really my fault for not requesting ahead of time. Though the street was lively, it didn’t bother me. I slept well and had my window open. Recommendations to the hotel: Lighting While the lighting is great for ambience, I would recommend better lighting. I have no idea if I left anything behind because as I vacated at 5 am - I could hardly see despite having on all the lights. In addition, even the bathroom lighting is dim and I prayed for the best when applying makeup. TV casting Consider smart TVs that allow for chrome casting so visitors can cast from their devices which would help regarding the TV channels / languages. I’m not dismissing these other negative reviewers, but that certainly was not my experience. PS bath robes look like that hard towel fabric but WERE SO SOFT and completely amazing.”

“I absolutely loved staying at Seven Hills, Palace, Hotel Spa, Inn. The entry was amazing with the foliage and walking in to the restaurant in the pool. We were greeted by a very attentive staff that was super helpful throughout our entire stay. I also loved that you were able to reach the masks via the back alley and it was a cute way to get in and out of the hotel. We we stayed in one of the better rooms overlooking the pool and the water highly recommend splurging for that option. If you can I would 100% go back to seven hills next time I’m in Istanbul.”

“After an early morning flight we got to the hotel at around 8am in the morning and the front desk went above and beyond to get us an early check in. Which was great as we fell asleep as soon as we got into our room. Every member of the front desk, day or night were outstanding, professional and friendly. The room was a decent size with comfortable beds and pillows however two minor things. The bathroom was a bit on the small side and we wished we could have lowered the aircon to less than 18 degrees. The breakfast was hot and filling with a good selection of continental food. However I feel the hot food could be more varied though they did make us eggs the way we wanted them. The staff in the breakfast room were friendly and amazing at their jobs. Gunes, Azimi, Utku and Nazl were the highlights. Gunes and Nazl especially were super friendly and helpful and helped us with shopping ideas. Let’s not forget the amazing geniuses in the kitchen who prepared all the food every morning. Gunes I hope you realise your dream one day of managing a hotel!! The boys also loved the swimming pool and my wife rated the spa service highly. The hotel is located in a vibrant area that’s always lively. All the major attraction are easily reachable by public transport which are nearby. “We are having a good time while staying at Mukarnas Taksim. The room is suitable for us (2 adults, 2 kids) with delicious breakfast (with so much of variation and the staff is vey attentive).
