“This Ritz experience was awesome as well, just as the normal Ritz experience you would expect. Room - It was cozy, comfortable, and quiet, with luxurious decoration. Service - From the valet parking team to the front desk associates, they are all true professionals, working with courtesy, smiling face, and passion. Parking - Valet parking service was reliable and convenient. Nearby facility - it was adjacent to the shopping mall and a few minutes walk away from the Rocket Mortgage Field House. Overall, I would recommend this Ritz.”

“This is a cheap hotel, but I cannot speak more highly of the staff. Superb people work here. The breakfast isn't tasty, the gym is missing 50% is it's weights and only 1 is the 3 treadmills works.... The curtain doesn't really go down and the heater doesn't work great, and the bathroom door is broken but the sheets are soft and it's relatively quiet. It's worth the cost, and the staff truly make up for any of the cheapness.”

“There’s no way all these 4 or 5 star reviews are authentic. We chose this hotel based on the reviews, and trust me when I say they couldn’t be further from the truth. Our room (King Suite) was DISGUSTING. There was some sticky residue clearly visible on the curtains, dirty silverware in the drawer, random candy and pieces of popcorn in the corners, and the pull out couch had a used blanket left in it. Those items were on top of the general state of disrepair and neglect- scuffs and paint missing from every wall or door, even the fridge handle had been visibly broken off. We were shocked. The location is fine, but there are a dozen similar hotels in the area. I will never stay there again.”

“Great location.... the area has lots of restaurants, museums and historical buildings all in close proximity. All the staff at the Courtyard with whom I interacted were professional, courteous, personable, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortably furnished with adequate lighting...I, however, found the closet a bit small, space was a bit challenging for a somewhat bulky winter coat. An added plus is their Shuttle service that starts at 6 am each morning, servicing the surrounding Medical facilities. Will definitely stay at this facility again.”

“I returned to Home2Suites in August 2023. This type I stayed another 6 months. Let me tell you, by far the best Hilton I have ever experienced still to this day. Originally, I was there from August 2022 to February 2023. I am a Hilton Diamond member and I travel all across the country....hands down #1 Hilton. The staff members still remembered me by name. Some new staff members and everyone was still very nice, always made sure to say good morning to me and every guest, compassionate to everyone, very professional, very accommodating, and treated everyone like family. It's like a home away from home playground atmosphere, felt very comfortable. I can definitely call this place my home away from home. Experience was very engaging!!! Always willing to offer a helping hand and go the extra mile for me and my experience at Hilton. Accommodated me with a great long term rate. Got to meet new guests and new staff members. Once again, every staff member was phenomenal and continue to call my friends. The rooms were nice and cozy, cleaned with a fine tooth comb, and comfortable enough to live for another 6 months. Breakfast was outstanding, fresh coffee and always hot, and the staff took great pride in keeping that hotel clean as whistle (literally Lysol everything which I loved). Everyone treated me like family once again. Thank you for everything!!!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is in the area!!!!!!!!!”

“As others have said this is a great place to stay. I have a student at the nearby college and this hotel was easy to locate and is very pet friendly without looking run down as most per friendly chains are. A dog park is less than 2 miles away with plenty of room for your dog to run around. Breakfast was pretty good a few more vegan options or non dairy would be great but very nice setup and friendly staff to greet you at breakfast. The rooms are very spacious I had double beds and the most comfortable pull out couch I've ever slept on which was shocking. Full size fridge plates cups glasses full sets of silverware and a dishwasher only thing missing is a stove which they will give you a portable one if you ask. Great place will be booking my stays here when I visit.”

“We have been to OH a few times for work. We have tried 4 or 5 other hotels in this area. This is by far the best hotel we have ever been to.... in all of our travels. The staff is amazing, rooms are very clean, bed is comfortable, the breakfast is great and free, they brew coffee in the lobby all day long, the rooms are like little apartments with a living living room and kitchen (with a stove and full size fridge), elevator works and doesn't try to trap you, gym is spacious and equipment is in good condition, indoor pool and hot tub are really nice and the location is perfect. Highly recommend, we will be staying here on all future visits and looking for this hotel at our other destinations.”

“My husband and I live in Mt Adams right above the Lytle hotel. During the arctic blast of 2022-23 our pipes froze and we ended up spending 5 days at the Hotel over Christmas. My kids came for Christmas in our hotel room…not ideal but the hotel was so great in offering us spaces to use. They even had a pipe break and made all the guests comfortable. Fast forward to arctic blast 2024 and sure enough our pipes froze again (we thought we had this fixed last year but it is now done!) we had dinner at the bar waiting for them to unfreeze and finally realized we had to stay a night…I was so incredibly sad. The hotel staff was amazing and even gave us an upgrade to a suite which was so thoughtful! I cannot recommend this hotel, the staff and the overall stay enough!”

“I live nearby, but will never recommend this Hotel to anyone coming into the area - the place is hella weird. There is a HUGE list of payment methods they "will not accept" at the front desk, they don't allow tap to pay, staff were nice but their service was slow, the hot tub was broken. The room was overpriced, air conditioner is loud, there is no fan in the restroom, breakfast costs money. Definitely weird vibes here, and definitely not worth the money.”

“Tru is the place for you! The Good: The hotel was clean, quiet and comfy. The staff was friendly, fun and just fantastic. The amenities were wonderful; foosball, billiards and the pool can keep a family busy. The fitness room had enough to get a good workout in. There was plenty of parking on site. The free breakfast was what you would expect, had a good variety of items and had something for everyone. The bad: This location really didn’t have anything bad, I just have two suggestions for improvement. 1. The breakfast had an automated pancake maker that was relatively slow and would oftentimes stop working due to a clog in the flow of pancake batter. This could be an issue when the hotel has a lot of hungry patrons all trying to use it at once. You might want to invest in a second machine or go another route all together. 2. The body soap, hand soap and shampoo containers were mounted on the wall at a height that was hard to reach for kids under the age of 10. Additionally, the containers can be difficult to squeeze by little hands. This is an opportunity for improvement. Overall, we had a great visit and would stay there again. When in Beavercreek stop on by!”

“After booking I read reviews and was very nervous. It was non refundable so I figured I would make the best of it. My only complaint was parking, there was really only room for 2 cars while valet parking. I ended up having to drive around the block once, but not a huge deal. Valet was very quick and every one was very helpful with luggage. Front desk staff were very kind and quick to get us checked in. The hotel is inside of a very old building, but everything is updated and clean inside. The room was huge and very comfortable. I was beside an elevator and didn’t hear much noise at all. Over all, I was very happy and would stay again. Don’t let the reviews scare you off!”
