“Our stay fell short of expectations. While the room was clean, the comfort level was compromised by an overly warm and humid room atmosphere, exacerbated by windows that wouldn't open. Our early arrival at 2:50 was met with a rigid adherence to check-in times (3:00), causing an unnecessary wait. Additionally, the room's light sensor was a source of disruption, triggering bright lights during nocturnal trips to the bathroom. The washing machine was also unsatisfactory, returning garments that were unpleasantly odorous rather than fresh. Overall, the hotel's approach to customer service was decidedly lacking, which was disheartening for a business that should prioritize guest satisfaction.”

“stayed there 4 nights in a quad room. first, location is good, 5mins walk to the nakasuwabata station, 10-15mins walk to tenjin, 7mins to kasuwabata shopping arcade and don quijote. a lot of the tourists spots and shrines are walkable distance. for the hotel, it is very clean, staffs assisted us in checking in (4 keycards were given - usually only 2 are provided so this is a plus), pajamas, haircomb, bath scrub, razor are available at the reception for pick up. u need the cards to get up the elevator so security is quite good. complete amenities provided in room (towels shampoo,kettle, cups etc). toilet and shower area are separate. quad room is not that spacious but it was enough. we had an lg styler in room which came in handy. they have a free lounge that is accessible from morning till around 9pm where they serve breakfast (breads, cereals, coffee tea juices), afternoon snacks -biscuits, and nightly cocktail drinks (unlimited). we also had a bento breakfast included in our room. we pick it up at the reception in the morning. u may eat both the bento and the breakfast spread at the lounge. the 2nd flr had the laundry room (2units) , vendo machine and ice machine (with cup provided). cons: 2 of the beds in the quad room are actually sofa beds. they are not as comfortable as i would have liked, there are parts that are not flat so it hurt my back. i adjusted the frame spacing so that i could sleep. it wouldve been better if a regular bed was given. also, the bento boxes felt repetitive by the 3rd day. i didnt even finish mine. maybe they can provide a different set of breakfast meals instead of the bento (udon, tempura/gyudon rice bowls, sandwiches, etc)”

“I stayed 2 nights here, the location is great! It’s right beside the Kushiro Shrine Station of the Green Line subway. We arrived early before check in time, and the hotel offers luggage storage for visitors, which allows you to travel around the city without having to carry your luggage. Most importantly, the breakfast at the hotel is great! Made freshly by the hotel staff with lots of varieties! Must try! One small thing is that the room is a bit too small for 2 ppl but manageable.”

“The hotel is not far from four subway stations and takes less than 10 minutes to walk. However, because it is also located in the old Hakata City area, the environment is relatively quiet and quiet. This time we stayed in a double room with a king bed for three nights. What impressed us most was the wooden floor and bathroom! It adopts the general Japanese family layout. “DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL due to the following reasons. (I rarely post negative review so this is really bad) 1. Hotel is 10mins from Hakata station, but located at a very quiet area. Not much food options around. 2. Hotel charge 550yen per luggage for storage. I have been to Japan more than 10x but this is the first hotel I encountered that charges luggage storage. 3. Hotel do not clean up the room, I can understand this as it was stated in the booking, but they do not provide extra towel daily. Extra towel are charged at 100yen per piece. 4. They do not provide bottled water. Bottled water in the room area charged 100yen per bottle 5. Found one of the bath towel to be stained upon checking in 6. Toilet rack were found loose and require to fix myself in order to use it. 7. My girl found a dirty room slipper under the bed 8. You are required to throw all your rubbish and towel at level 2 of hotel 9. Pillow is terrible. They are like toddlers size pillow and way to soft for sleeping. 10. Rooms are not cheap The only good thing is they provide coffee and water in dispenser at the level 2 reception area.”

“If you are considering this place, I recommend you read the whole review. But the long and short of it is: Do yourself a big favor and avoid this place. I had a bad feeling before arriving, as the hotel seemed unable to answer questions clearly, and wrote me that the lack of a view would not be a reason to cancel the booking (which was clearly wrong, as I had free cancellation). They however wrote that my room did not have buildings in front blocking the view. When I get there, the room simply looks awful. Loads of stains on a really run-down sofa (see pictures), stains on the bathroom floor, terrible looking floor in general, and just a complete lack of charm (and furniture). The difference from the pictures online was huge. In addition there was in indeee buildings right outside blocking the viewm I contacted the hotel and asked to change room for multiple reasons; their offer was to come the next day and clean the sofa. I persisted and was eventually given a new room, which looked almost as bad, though with a somewhat less dirty sofa (but see the last pictures which are from this room). The view was also the same. The hotel staff kept repeating "do you want this room or not", insisting it was the only room, in an uncomfortable way, so I had no choice but to take it and to keep communicating with them. To this they responded in an avoidant way, coming up with some weird explanation for the view in that the staff had thought I asked whether there were buildings on the river side - just nonsensical. They also said they would clean the room, after which it looked exactly as when I came. Then they stopped responding. I spent little time in the room and avoided unpacking my stuff or generally using the sofa. It was such a bad experience I was actually afraid the hotel might come up with something I had "done" to the room, so I took pictures before leaving. For the record, I have lived in loads of hotels in Japan and not complained once before this. This hotel clearly knows about this, it's obviously part of the model to hide the reality of the rooms from the pictures.”

“Used by one person for refreshing purposes! The parking lot is large 🚗 Since it was a slightly cheaper plan, I didn't have any particular expectations for the scenery, so I didn't really care. The room has many steps so you need to be careful! But it's beautiful and I'm very satisfied 👌 Dinner was a buffet, and the sashimi, crab, and meat were so delicious that I ate way too much😋😋 Dinner starts at 5:30pm and we were seated 10 minutes early! Just when I was wondering if I could relax, the place was almost full😳 But since it's so spacious, there wasn't really a time limit! You can enjoy your meal slowly👌 The breakfast buffet was so delicious that I ate too much😋😋😋 Mentaiko with egg and rice! it's the best! The pancakes were freshly baked and delicious ❤ I took a bath many times! lol Feels good🤗 If the water is lukewarm, just ask the front desk and they will replace it for you! ! I had the hot water replaced after breakfast, and I was very satisfied with the quality of the hot water. The staff are all kind. There were many foreigners working there, and I felt that the English language support was okay🤗 I have the impression that the price is a little high, but I want to come with my husband next time ☺️”
