“Overall I had a great time here. If you want all the amenities views and bars and restaurants in your hotel this may not be the place for you. We wanted a nice sized comfortable room for both our families to relax after touring the city. And that’s exactly what we got. Rooms were huge compared to anything in the city. All the kids were comfortably hanging out together. The location was great and definitely walkable to most places. The rooms are a bit old but well maintained. Could definitely use an update. Service was good but we never really needed anything except toothpaste.”

It is close to the subway and is walking distance to Grand Central and Times Square. The rooms are very small but well-appointed and modern. The bed is comfortable. What I was absolutely blown away by was how very clean the room and the bathroom was. Like immaculately clean. And the room was extremely quiet for being in midtown - even the hallway outside our room was quiet - we did not hear doors slamming or people talking and we were very close to the elevators.”

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff though some of the other staff seemed to prefer to avoid guests requests rather than interact. The attached restaurant serves a very good value breakfast to guests at the weekend for only $13.”

“If you want to be in the heart of Times Square this hotel is the best for it. Super close to everything around us which was my favorite thing about it (to walk) Rooms were OK. Definitely look a lot nicer in pictures. I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness at all .. i could tell the bathroom counter was never wiped it still has tooth brush stains and we stayed for 6 nights. Nothing was wiped down not even toilets were cleaned. You hear everything going on in the hallways as well. People talking, doors closing.. there’s no sound proofing. Staff at the front desk and bell desk were very friendly. Elevators take forever to catch as well. The 2 bars the hotel have are pretty cool as well. Overall i wouldn’t recommend this place.”

“We stayed here for 3 nights over the New Years weekend. We tried to check in early (our train got in around 1:30 and check in was at 3). They held our luggage and told us they would text when our room was ready. We splurged for a king suite to get some extra space and a view. We were in room 2901. The views were spectacular! Our bedroom was a stunner with floor to ceiling windows across an entire wall and corner. Our balcony had an awesome view of the Empire State Building and even could see a peek of Times Square through the skyline.”

The staff was all super nice and helpful. The location is great, close to so much and great restaurants. The room was perfect! So clean, updated, heating/AC worked well and quiet (third floor). I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in this area. It had a nice quiet boutique hotel feel. The rooftop seating area was a nice bonus too!”

Our room was spacious but there was a lot of rusting and the tv did not work but they gave us a new one when we requested it. The service could have been better. They did not service our room twice even when we specifically asked for it. The beds were comfortable and the staff was really friendly! The great things about this hotel is the location as well as their breakfast and happy hours for the guests. Free breakfast and drinks for guests was a really nice touch. The location is right next to the subway to get anywhere!”

“I booked this hotel through a 3rd party and thought I’d booked a queen, only to arrive and find out I booked “a queen or 2 doubles”. My husband is 6’3 and can not fit in a double bed. I asked Rosa at the front desk to please help and she advocated for us and worked magic to change our room from a double to queen. Thank you so much Rosa! You were so helpful and fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful, lots of exposed brick with a great cozy lobby. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet. The bathroom was modern with a big shower with a high shower head.
