“My favorite hotel in Austin. Everything about this hotel is elevated. The service is excellent. The rooms are a great balance of modern, leaning towards swanky, but still warm. The restaurant and bar options are delicious- love Peacock and main bar is a vibe. The spa was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Not a cheap stay by any means, however, this is the type of property where you get what you pay for. Overall, a feather in the cap!”

“They are trash. Do not stay here. We booked suite with 2 rooms(one room w 2 queen bed and other w 1 queen bed) connected. They have double booked this room and tried to charge us for another room when we arrived for check in. They have let the previous person in that suite extended while it was already booked for our stay. They gave us two bedroom with one queen bed per room. Now we 2 of us need to sleep on sofa instead of bed. They have completely ruined our trip in Austin. There were so unprofessional on apologizing.”

“Room was clean, had plenty of space and furniture, and was quiet. The view out the windows was half good with some green. Several drawer pulls were missing though. And one of the panes a double-pane window was gone with bits left in the frame. The gym had plenty of space with a cable machine, but missing some weights. The breakfast had several hot meats to choose from but the oatmeal was instant type. There were a lot of tree trucks parked on the road because the hotel has a contract with the city's tree cutting service. There's another hotel going up across the street so some construction traffic on the entrance road right now.”

Be aware, the walls are quite thin, so it’s easy to hear the neighbors. Highly recommend for summer visits to make the most of the inviting pool. It’s a great spot to have fun with friends. “We love E 6th in general, but this has to be the best addition in a long time! It has an awesome view and good cocktails (strong), my only complaint is too much garnish and I don’t love the plastic cups. It can get VERY crowded so I definitely recommend going earlier in the evening or during the week. It has an exclusive speakeasy vibe which makes it feel really cozy. Perfect spot for pictures, enjoying the sunset, or taking out of towners for the city views.”

“Stayed at Homewood suites this past weekend hotel and location was great! I paid in full for two suites for my daughters 21st bday. The next day I noticed hotel charged me again for both rooms. They had to reimburse my money for both rooms. When we checked out to leave we had to pay for parking lady charged my card three times and had to cancel an refund cause each time parking amount was wrong. She said my money was refunded. Looked at my statement this evening and she still charged me a total of $438.39 for parking I was only suppose to pay $135 for each room 3 night parking $270.00 I called hotel and they said manager will contact me tomorrow. My husband also left $250 Bose speaker we called hotel immediately waiting to hear back if cleaning crew found and put in safe. I only gave 2 stars cause of location and rooms were great. Customer service is horrible and unorganized. Front desk needs to be trained on software and communication.”

Loved the large tub and we want that mattress as it was very comfortable! Having a space like an apartment we really enjoyed. So much better than a hotel! “I have lived here for almost 2 years and I can't recommend it enough. Perfect location, you literally have everything you need within a 10-minute walking distance. Groceries, bars, restaurants - you name it. The building and the amenities are also really good and the service is excellent. The few times I had any issues with my unit it's been fixed within an hour. The whole staff is super friendly but extra shout-out to Allen!”
