Sam and Sandy at the registration area were very efficient and pleasant. Great location, activities every day, fantastic amenities. Our unit, 5284, overlooks the par 3 golf course. Had a bite to eat at The Veranda. Val was so pleasant and the food was delicious.”

“Given how difficult it must have been to rebuild after a devastating hurricane in 2022, they have done an incredible job. At times it looks like the only place left standing here on the beach. They soldier on and I really hope they and the area make it. Please consider visiting. The whole place needs us to help rebuild.”

“We enjoyed a short stay at the Dolphin Key Resort and were pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was. Bed was firm but comfortable to me, shower head was a little confusing to operate but not a big deal considering how clean the bathroom was. The room was hot and cold throughout the night. The pool and bar area looked cute, and Megan at the front desk was super sweet. We chose this spot over the holiday Inn Express and were happy we did. I would recommend and stay here again!”

“My dad stayed at the hotel in Cape Coral for 2 nights while we were doing some home renovations. The quality has gone down from a few years ago when we had family stay there. His water only got Luke warm in the room after running for 5 minutes, which is what the front desk told him to do, so he could not take a shower. The air temperature would not adjust to be comfortable. It was either too cold or heat. He was also disappointed with the breakfast because the food in the warmers was almost cold when he went for breakfast at 830am. He felt that the overall experience was that the staff was either new or did not care about customer service. For the price of the rooms in January, the experience should have been much better. He will not stay at this hotel again.”

“I'm very disappointed with this hotel. I made my reservation for 12/8-12/10. My husband and I came for my cousin's surprise birthday party. We checked in 12/8 it was cold that weekend and when we entered the room it was freezing, my husband turned on the heat but the room wouldn't get warm. My husband went to the front desk to advise the clerk and she said we don't have any other rooms available and my manager is aware. My slept in our clothes. The next morning my husband and I went to eat breakfast and when we came back the room was still cold. My husband went back to the front desk, this clerk was helpful, she had someone bring us a heater. My husband and I left for the party that started at 3 and when we returned a little after 8pm, the heater didn't work. My husband and I decided to check out. I have a history of pneumonia and I wasn't able to stay in those conditions. We explained to the clerk what happened, she apologized and advised we wouldn't be charged for 2 nights $278. 98 and printed a receipt for $139. 39. A few weeks later, I see my credit card statement and I was charged the full amount. I called the hotel for 2 weeks requesting a manager and was told to call back in the morning when the manager was there. I called corporate and was advised to call the hotel. I tried to dispute it with my credit card company but they replied saying the charge was valid because I left after 8. The issue I have, is that's not what I was told and I was never able to speak to a manager in regards to this issue. I have never stayed at the Comfort Inn and never will again. The customer service, the rooms, and the cleaniness was unacceptable. I have never experienced such rude and unprofessionalism in my life. I never leave a review, but I wanted to make people aware who are traveling and in the area. Tamara”
