“Very chill and welcoming environment! Check in is very easy! Parking is something you kinda have to figure out- regular street parking. Staff is awesome! Super nice and super helpful! Hostel isn’t completely packed which was nice- I was worried it was going to be a tight squeeze! Everyone in the house is also chill and welcoming. Great environment, you could be doing your own thing or join in on a hangout! Was also very clean! Showers and bathrooms were clean, but don’t forget to bring some flip flops for the shower. Towel is provided at check in! Kitchen is clean and you can bring food! I loved the experience and will be returning!”

“With tickets to History Colorado and Comedy Works, we needed a convenient hotel for our mini vacation. There are a lot of hotels in this part of downtown Denver and we were thrilled with our choice of AC Hotels on 15th and California. The staff were delightful, particularly the bartender who dispensed lots of local information with our drinks. The room was stylish and efficient, with a great floor-to-ceiling view of California Street heading through the most vertical part of Denver. The blustery walk to Comedy Works and back was thankfully short. The subsequent walk from our room to the rooftop lounge was all of 10 seconds long. Even on a cold January night, we were perfectly comfortable thanks to the radiant heaters and warm blanket. And I have a new appreciation for the blue bear peeking into the Convention Center directly below. I rarely score a 10 when reviewing hotels; there is always something that could be improved. In this case, I can't think of a single thing.”

“My husband and I LOVE The Ramble! We stayed for our wedding and returned for our anniversary. The staff is so kind and accommodating, Jess is wonderful and so helpful. “Sentral Station is a beautiful property with many nice amenities, but it is not a traditional hotel! There are multiple entrances and parking garages that you must enter with unique codes. You have to download an app to access the parking garage and then it's $25/night. The layout is super confusing and takes a while to figure out where you are going and how to use the elevator codes, etc. Overall, the rooms and amenities are nice but prepare to spend a chunk of time trying to figure out how to access the building and where to go to find your tower and room.”

“I recently decided to propose to my girlfriend. My first challenge was finding a hotel that was right for the occasion, and after searching numerous hotels, the Rally stood out. Upon checking in, I was greeted by Laurie; she was really friendly and kind! After mentioning that I was planning to propose, she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, she even brought sparkling wine up to the room! Her great customer service and professionalism really helped plan this unforgettable moment. The location of The Rally is perfect, near multiple bars and restaurants! Towards the end of the night, I did request a late check out. Kat was more than happy to help. Again, I can’t express how great, friendly, and professional the staff that evening was. “I stayed here alone on 8/19/23. Due to the fact that there was a neighboring hotel up the road that was holding the Denver Bachata Festival, I initially had difficulty finding parking. After being redirected by that hotel's parking security to drive around the hotel and park on the street, I then realized where I was. Not far from a homeless encampment. When I finally got to the Courtyard by Marriott front entrance to check in, I see a small sign that says I need to go to the complete opposite side of the hotel in order to check in because they're renovating their entrance. Ultimately I found parking in the Courtyard by Marriott's parking lot which was well-lit and fenced, however, I was a little concerned walking into the building alone. Once in my room, my room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked and the room was cool, but the AC unit was loud. Checkout was quick and easy. My vehicle was safe and unharmed in the parking lot.”

“Amazing staff and was so welcoming for my family. We had a short stay as we were traveling from mountains back to Denver for our early flight. The gentleman working the evening was so attentive and helped plan best places to eat and prepped for a breakfast to go since we were leaving before breakfast. The sweet lady working the am smiled greeted us and helped kids and I to a nice exit out. “This is a very cool hostel. I have stayed in many and this one really does well. The building is secure and the staff is more than helpful. It has a coffee shop that serves great products and is located in the busy downtown area. There is a 420 dispensary 3 blocks away and is surrounded by restaurants and seemingly busy bars for a night cap. If you are a hostel extrodinare such as myself this is one you will revisit. Enjoy.”

“Unexpectedly ended up here in November after a frustrating airline experience. Checking in late at night, the young man working the desk was considerate and caring expressing empathy at my situation. Gloomy and depressed, I opened my door to a modern, open space with many homey touches. The two queen size beds were separated by a table with a soft glow lamp. There was also a breakfast area, a couch, and a couple of other chairs, along with a safe, roomy closet, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and a bar sink. The bathroom had a oversized shower, a single sink with a large mirror and complementary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand washing soap. All of their hygiene products were certified plant-based, in large bottles to eliminate plastic waste. One of the coolest things about this room is that they had a timer to eliminate wasted electricity. You would slide your key card into the timer by the door, and then you could use the lights. When you took it out the lights would go off. Clearly of this establishment is taking a green approach in multiple areas while ensuring the comfort of their guests. As you can see from the pictures, the complementary breakfast offered a wide variety of options including omelettes, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, tea and hot chocolate as well as juices and baked goods. In the front desk area was a mini store with over the counter medications, a small first aid kit, batteries, candy, pop, and a variety of snacks. I saw from the other reviews there were some complaints about the shuttle drivers. I engaged with two of them and they were friendly, kind, and polite. The trips made to and from the hotel were made efficiently, in a timely fashion. Both gentlemen, assisted me with my bags and answered my questions so it was over all a very pleasant experience. There's also an upstairs lounge area, with games, work stations and couches for small or large groups together. The bed was extremely comfortable and I woke up refreshed and ready for the day. Highly, highly, recommend this establishment for a night or a longer stay.”
