“Bannisters Pavilion is so overpriced! - Rooms are well below average. - Very loud. Can here street noise and outside - Pool is tiny. - Your view is directed at houses and the street. Pictures are so deceitful - Very Limited parking. Not convenient - A lot of maintenance needed. Place looks tired - Receptionist not helpful or friendly. I ignored two friends warnings about their terrible experiences at Banisters. I dismissed both of them and was sold by the pictures on Bannisters socials and website. The photographer should get an award.”

“We enjoyed the sites it was really fun at the splash pool but Accommodation was not great. It was really hot. Only one AC in the lounge but didn't work properly 😕. We felt really hot at night. Kids bunk bed was not comfortable at all. My kids couldn't sleep 🙄. shower was so small 😒 and cosy no one could take shower properly. Network connection was poor.Overall it was a very bad experience. I was very excited at the beginning for this holiday place but very disappointed 😞. I will not recommend anyone for this place. 😢.”
