If you book a double room you get two single beds pushed together with separate sheets. rooms are tiny & the glass box bathroom even smaller. No safe in the room & rooms are boiling hot. Tea / coffee never topped up in rooms. Hair dryer stops working after 10 mins of use. Breakfast is awful, better off going elsewhere. We felt staff lacked warmth. For a boutique 4 star hotel would have expected a bit better. But it’s not awful . We would probably go elsewhere if we returned”

“My wife and I stayed at the Abbey and we loved it. We really enjoyed staying at this monastery - the oldest Benedictine monastery in Poland. We had an opportunity to join in the Liturgy of the Hours (prayers) with the benedictine monks which was wonderful. We really enjoyed the "guided" tour of the Abbey - with Monica - who did a great job (showing us and explaining the history of the place, and even telling us stories of some of the different monks - and some of their work - which besides helping evangelize - some get creative and craft beer, which was delicious). We had a wonderful room with a view of the Vistula river. We also had a chance to visit the museum which was nice. We also took advantage of their store - which had a lot of local crafts (bread, beer, jam - which we purchased and it's been great). Overall would highly recommend staying here. (Note: breakfast was buffet style and simple - just to set expectations).”
