“We booked the Mountain Hotel Suite expecting to be in a Hotel. However it’s a mountain resort made up of units, apartments and houses. Our Mountain Hotel Suite with promised Mountain Views was a ground floor room with a view of our car and the car for the room upstairs. It was a duplex with an adjoining door for the upstairs room. The room itself was gorgeous, extremely well appointed but who wants to look out at their car all day? Also, there was nought in the way of privacy. To enjoy the view you would have to have the blinds open meaning anyone and everyone gets a view of you in bed. Reception promptly closes at 5pm and there are NO PHONES in the units. So you have to go back to reception to use the phone there for after hours. Fortunately the very lovely Bobbie (she was lovely when she checked us in, warm, kind and knowledgeable) let us back in - I note she didn’t have to do this as it was already 5.10pm When we explained that the room wasn’t in keeping with what we were expecting, she, and her colleague from reservations, Kate, went to great lengths to move us. Whilst we offered to pay for any change/upgrade they wouldn’t hear of it - they only wanted to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We were moved to another unit (which was superior) but more importantly, private, quiet, and with uninterrupted mountains views. Fulfilling our expectations and more. Thank you Bobbi and Kate for making our stay so much more than it could have been.”

“Sites are not expensive and the location is perfect, in front of the lake and 5min walk from the shopping centre. Amenities are very clean and tidy, there is a reading room and a tv room, a tennis court, a big kitchen... Staff is friendly and welcoming, There are some cute rabbits during the night around the lake 🥰 One of our favourite camping in Australia 🦘”

“I have been twice, rooms are always nice and warm in winter, and the beds are some of the most comfy I have ever felt in a motel. Only complaint is the walls in the rooms are paper thin and you can hear any noise no matter how small in the neighbouring rooms and having at least a microwave would be good, you can tell they don't want patreons cooking their own food so they will go to the restaurant at the station. Other than that it's good and worth the money”

“This hotel provided an enjoyable holiday with its delicious food, comfortable rooms, attentive service, and convenient access to the ski slopes. The staff's hospitality made the stay enjoyable, and my room offered a good mountain view. The restaurant served delightful meals which changed everyday. I look forward to revisiting this well-located gem for another ski trip. The only downside was that there was only English breakfast available in the rooms”

“Absolute loved my stay here, The hostel staff Chloe and Silvia were amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable on the area and activities. The hostel is situated near the heart of the village and a stones throw away from the chairlifts, shops and pubs. It has fantastic cooking facilities, plenty of utensils and a large seating/dining area with a gas fireplace to keep you warm on those colder alpine nights. Never needed for anything. Will definitely stay again, 10/10”
