“This is a very nice quite new hotel. Great service, large rooms (although most of them lacking a view), great service and good food. Excellent swimming pool, which doubles as a lap pool. It is located on the East side of the city, so within easy close access to both airports. Also next door to a large intl hospital, where you have access to McDonalds and other “Western” restaurants. The main issue is the location. It seems to be located on a sort of an enclosed area within Bangkok, so it you want to visit the tourist sites, it may take you more than an hour on the road. So you are forced to use the Sky Train, which is a good option, but which does not take you to every relevant place. It is a good location for shopping (and there is red district near by, I have been told)”

“We got the 2 bedroom for the weekend, it was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff were always polite and patient despite the language barrier. The water pressure in the showers were good, the pillows were nice, the bed was comfortable. There were very good food options in the area and we will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were to go back to Bangkok.”

“Where should I start? My experience with this hotel was wonderful since the minute i stepped foot in it. I had the fastest and easiest check-in. The rooms were ready with nice complementary chocolates, snacks and soft drinks in the fridge. All staff I have encountered were exceptionally nice and helpful from receptionists to waiters at restaurants to door men and house keeping. The breakfast was delicious, wonderful variety, good service. The spa was great, the rooms were clean and nice and beds were comfy. Door men always helped us with our bags and stuff when we come back from shopping. They even provided us with breakfast boxes when we checked out because we had an early flight. The location of the hotel was excellent for shoppers next to Siam Paragon shopping mall and not far from platinum fashion mall. I would highly recommend this hotel for any one visiting Bangkok, it is my third visit to Bangkok and this by far was the best hotel i stayed in. “Great little hotel to spend time in and a great location on a side street not far from the main streets. All staff members incredibly friendly and efficient. Although the rooms are small, they are laid out very well. We stayed here for a week in two different rooms, a superior king and a deluxe king. Buffet breakfast was decent, the only downside was the machine coffee, if they got rid of that, it would be incredible with properly brewed coffee. The rooftop pool and lounge area is nice. The water is cool as the sun doesn’t hit it that much during the day but it is a very nice place to relax in the evening. The hotel offers a shuttle, and it is close to the BTS system, which is very easy to travel around Bangkok.”

“Checked in this hotel for three nights and it was a total nightmare. Definitely won’t be returning to this hotel again. This hotel has a decent facade - a nice lobby and the hotel room has all the essential items. It was advertised as a non-smoking hotel, but i wasn’t able to sleep at all during those three nights due to people smoking inside their rooms. Insulation was a joke. I was forced to smoke second-handedly throughout the nights and ended up with a sore throat. You can hear music and noises made from the adjacent rooms and the hallway. You can smell cigarette smoking in the hallway and they used a unpleasant scent trying to cover that up. When this problem was confronted with the front desk, they changed to say that all the rooms are smoking rooms and offered to spray some air refreshener inside my room or deep clean the room the next day, instead of telling the guests to stop smoking. If you are a non-smoker and don’t want to end up with a sore throat with sleepless nights after paying premium prices for these rooms, i highly don’t recommend anyone to stay here.”

“Very helpful and cool people. It's both nice and sketchy enough that you feel clean but not oppressive. I really like the vibe and I felt safe and looked after. Cool little co working space. Everything worked Rooms are a bit small and I think it's a bit pricy compared to an apartment obviously, but I got a discounted rate and was very pleased. Especially with the service. Local road is dangerous to walk on because there's no sidewalk I also love the shower with the see through glass into the main room. Totally cool to look out the window while you shower and even cooler to look in while someone is showing:) Rooms should be good 3 people, not 2, but you might be able to tip for that:) Really just a great experience overall”

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom/shower with good water pressure. There is an outside terrace to sit downstairs while enjoying a good buffet breakfast. Wifi is also very good throughout the hotel. Would stay again when traveling to Bangkok.”
