“This was one of the most difficult hotel stays that I’ve ever had and it was for only one night!! Upon initial arrival which was after midnight, it took at least 25-30 minutes for a shuttle to arrive to pick me up to take me to the hotel. Then at 5:30 AM the smoke detector battery was low and started buzzing. Then to top things off, I had briefly left the hotel to go pick up a rental and came back, only unable to enter into my room because of the locking mechanism malfunctioning. They were able to get a hanger to open the door. I got back in my room and needed to use the bathroom, and to gather the rest of my things up. While doing so, one of the cleaning ladies decided to come in prior to me being fully checked out of the hotel to start cleaning while I was using the restroom!! The breakfast itself was decent, but for my one night stay, I only give this location 1 out of 5 stars!!”

I had a flight disaster, was supposed to arrive at midnight and got in at 8 AM due to an 8 hour flight delay…they were very understanding, actually did not charge me for the night I missed, and made me breakfast even though the breakfast time had ended. The rooms are nice and big, the breakfast is delicious with the nicest person ever to serve you. Very great location in Scottsdale. Would recommend to anyone.”

“We came here for our anniversary, expecting to have a great experience. However, we were just disappointed in almost everything except for the location. We came in early (around 1 pm) and there was no one at the front desk to help us. That's fine, we understand maybe they don't do early check-ins, so we just came back around 3 pm. Upon checking in, the receptionist said that there would be a free breakfast the next day, but they didn't. (Should have informed us right away). We also requested to have a late check-out and they let us stay until 1 pm. But when I was using my key card around noon, the door didn't let me in, and have to ask my husband to open the door for me. Without knocking, the housekeeper just opened our door even though we already asked to check out late. Hope they'll improve their system by informing the housekeepers of the late check-outs and making the key card function on the time that we agreed. It also takes time before the water in the sink/restroom to get hot. And it is funny that they have an envelope and QR code for tips, but nothing like pen and paper which most of the Residence Inns that I've been to have.”

I wouldn’t have bothered to write this review but to add insult to injury not only was I charged to park in their lot which wasn’t secure and had people drinking in it, they double charged me for parking. Plus a little water was $4. Just petty for such a low rent establishment.”

“Homewood Suites is a hidden treasure. I had to stay her for about 5 weeks and it was fabulous. The front desk staff is stellar. So willing to help in any way. The kitchen staff was remarkable too. Kudos to the chef! They made sure everything was up to par. Housekeeping was great as well. They were in pushy and they kept the location amazing. If you are looking for a cozy stay close to activity this is the place. Most definitely planning another stay.”

“This is a really nice comfort suites location in a busy entertainment district, which means you are close to everything you may want or need. The room was clean, and there were mints on the pillows. Nice touch! I read about the potential noise from the mini golf next door, but I didn't experience any disruption. If you are sensitive to sounds, you can hear the thumping of the music from across the parking lot, but it was just background noise and not at a loud level. It didn't prevent us from sleeping or wake us up. There is a nice pool, hot tub, hot breakfast included, and plenty of seating in the lobby. Overall, it is a great place to stay in the area.”
