“The place was very well kept and clean, to the point that you can tell the owners care. Rooms are very compact but have what you need if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room. Parking was limited but we found a spot each night so there must be one for each room. Appeared to cater to over 65 which is fine with us. No elevator so reserve early if mobility is an issue.”

The pool was a blast and good for the kids especially when we were done with the beach for the day. This is the cleanest, most allergy-free place we have stayed in recent memory. Their commitment to the B Certification (environmentally friendly and responsible business practices) is evident. We plan to travel to their other locations across the country because our family loved the stay so much!!”

They even had some kids pool floaties we used. Being so close to the beach is great. The room's bed was very comfortable and service was great. There's pretty good blackout curtains in the room.”

“I can see why the Saint Hotel is one of the best hotels in St. Pete’s Beach! Our stay was phenomenal. The service was great! Randy was always at the front desk making sure we had everything we needed. We were given a choice of delicious welcome drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean, stocked with wonderful L’Occitane bath and body products, slippers, robes and a microwave. This hotel has a small boutique vibe with fun retro decor (which I love!). It is near the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars. I really enjoyed all the small touches - like the fire pit, outdoor games, free parking, kitchenette, trendy artwork and a convenient supply closet filled with water, towels, toilet paper and extra things we might need. They also offer beach gear and bike rentals. The pool and hot tub area is the perfect place to kick back and relax - surrounded by palm trees. You’ll never want to leave! We also tried the restaurant - 82 Degrees which has a great view of the water, delicious food and yummy cocktails. Absolutely loved the nachos, truffle fries and fresh salad. You can also order and enjoy your meal poolside. Can’t wait to visit again!”

“Such a lovely place. The unit (efficiency) was huuuuge! Also super clean and with all the bits and pieces you'd want for a self-catered stay. The service was great - I turned up early for check-in and they turned around my room so quickly so I could get in rather than hanging around. The location was also excellent - right on the beach, close to a big supermarket and restaurants and walkable to St John's Pass.”

“Stayed on the bay side for 4 days and left on Christmas. Rooms are spacious and include everything, dishwasher (with soap) washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, and a great porch. We watched the Boat parade and had a spectacular time. There is a separate hotel across the street with Gulf side views, and a roof top sunset deck which you are free to use.”

“Very nice hotel. Here for a work trip, so I didn't need much from a service standpoint, but everyone was friendly. Easy check in utilizing the app and keyless entry. Thankful for the bed and towel refresh. There is a bar area next to the breakfast bar. I never went down for breakfast since I chose to drive a little under a mile in a half to the smoothie shop. Just outside of the bar area, there is an outdoor lounge space. The only downside I see is if you want to go outside for quiet time, there is a large exhaust in that area. They also have an outdoor pool area. The rooms are spacious and nice. The employees seem to stay on top of cleaning and make it a priority. There are 2 restaurants in the same parking lot as the hotel and a few more you can walk to and several in a short driving distance. A gas station is close as well. Overall, when I have to travel back this way for business, I will more than likely stay at the same property.”

“The location was good for the price. The picture are not what it really looks like. Quite a bit older facility than what it shows. Had a funny smell in the room but it seemed to be clean. Couch was extremely uncomfortable and the room was very warm even with the air running. The customer service was excellent and they were extremely attentive. Pool was nice but small. Unfortunately it was too cold to use. They do have washer and dryer but you have to find your own quarters. Went to the local laundromat to get quarters. Floor in the room was super slippery ??? Not sure what they are using to clean the floors with.”

“i LOVED my stay!!! this is definitely the best you can get for this price point and exceeded my expectations. from the start i felt welcomed , room was clean and more than enough space for 2 people. area is great, you’re steps from the beach +a waffle house next door. i thought we were close enough to everything i wanted to do, there’s a lot of shopping and restaurants within 1 mile. Pool was warm and so pretty at night:) highly recommend and id definitely cone back the next time im in the area”
