“We were to several vacation before, but we must say this was the best one. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, 2 mins away from the beach. Every evening they have a animation programm, both for adults and children. The staff here are all very nice, they speak mostly german, but it isn't hard to communicate with them in english or russian. Especially animators are very talkative and they always come to say hi. It may be an older hotel, but the rooms are cozy and clean. Food here is an absolute delicacy. They cook meals from different countries, so everyone can find something right for them. The hotel also has a hairdresser, tattoo studio and a mini shop, which is really helpful. There's a lot of green in the area, which makes a great impression. We loved that the hotel was eco-friendly and also raised money for stray cats and dogs. All in all, it's a suitable hotel for families and also friends.”

“Amazing hotel with great staff! This is the hotel to stay at, I've stayed all over Alanya and this is a gem. I must say that everything is excellent. The location of the hotel is positioned in the heart of the city so numerous places to see are within walking-distance. Hotel's landscape with Alanya Fortress is amazing. Staffs are attentive and friendly. I've stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend multiple times and whenever we arrive, we are welcomed intimately by the reception crew. When it comes to the rooms, they're spacious; decorated with up-to-date furnitures and an immaculate french bed. “Great hotelrooms for cheap prices. We took the cheapest option for a week, and there were still everything needed. Environment is clean and great looking, especially poolside were really nice. 5 minutes walk to the beach were a big plus too, and there is all services nearby (gym, hamam spa, shops, restaurants etc). Breakfasts and other foods were perfect and cheap, also it was possible to buy drinks all day and night from the reception. Customer service on point. The workers are always happy and very polite. I will come here again when visiting Alanya!”

“Welcoming and check-in went smoothly, We checked in around 2pm/14:00. The studio room was really comfortable and big. However there was no soap bottles in the shower or by the sinks, so we had to buy our own from the nearby market. We only received 2 toilet rolls for the entire week, and we went out the last day, luckily, we were never really at the hotel. Also noticed a couple cockroaches from time to time, in the hotel room. Service down in the bar was amazing, though it became a bit bothersome how much the bar attendants tried selling you stuff, even when you already were paying customers. Great hotel, but limitations on toilet paper and soap should never be an issue at a three star hotel. I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable rejecting the bar attendant’s sales attempts either.”
