“Lovely views from the 25th floor sky bar and restaurant. Room size is average, clean and comfy bed, although some lights and lamps are not working. AC switch is not working or cant be manually changed in the room, so we have to call the reception to fix the temperature. Good service. 👌”

“had a totally horrific experience last weekend, which was completely ruined by the member of staff, who refused to provide her name, at the hotel reception. last weekend was an unusually hot weekend for September and we realised the hotel has no air conditioning, which is shocking in itself. its rare to come across any 3* and above hotel, anywhere in the world that does not have air con. we politely expressed our concerns with the reception staff, who also claimed she was the manager and she said that the hotel can offer an extra manual fan or cancel our stay. i said i had no reason at this point to cancel the stay but she was pushing this and it seemed like she really wanted us to cancel. i picked her up on this and this is where her attitude changed to something me and my wife were left totally baffled and shocked at the experience. Me and my wife wanted to stay out and have time away from our kids and we were forced to leave the hotel simply because this reception staff could not provide basic customer service. I will now never stay at this hotel again as my hard earned money should be more valued elsewhere”

“Clean and tidy room, service excellent and near to shops and local amenities. The only let down was Saracen's head pub which is adjoining doesn't serve breakfast until 9am. There are plenty of other places to go, i.e Sainsbury's, Tesco or McDonald's.”

“I have stayed here a couple of times and find the place convenient, cheerful and close to everything I need. Rooms are modern enough, with decent smart TVs. Bathrooms are a little outdated, but clean and perfectly usable. Place could do with contactless key entry, as it's a pain having to use actual keys to get through the building front door when arriving. Breakfast is decent and it's handy having the pub/restaurant just outside the hotel. Noise isn't too bad from there either. By 10pm I was able to settle down to sleep quite easily! Will be booking here more often.”

“Not much to do near the hostel. However the beds were very comfortable :) but room wise the first dorm I stayed in the bathroom was not clean and smelled like weed. The other room I stayed in was fine, but had a lot of mold and you couldn't open the window so it felt a bit stuffy.”
