Everyone was welcoming, warm, genuine, efficient & professional. Service was excellent from all members of staff. I celebrated my 60th birthday during my stay & the hotel could not have been more thoughtful & kind, making it very special for me with complimentary wine & birthday cake & candles. You feel like you are in a very warm cocoon, the modern conversion from an old bakery, respectively nodding to it's past in a very sensitive way. We just loved it. “We had a wonderful stay. The room was small and I wish that there was a bit more space to put things out. I expect a small room in Europe, but there was not even a large windowsill where we could lay things out. Everything was clean and in good condition, we appreciated the small kitchenette. It was interesting that there was a window between the bedroom and the shower, there was a blind, which we made good use of! They offered water and treats in the lobby, and there is an excellent walking tour on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. We did not go to the restaurant however, I did look at the breakfast buffet and it looked good and like there were a lot of options, including vegan. We did go to the rooftop bar one night, I’m not sure exactly why it has so much hype. It was perfectly pleasant and the cocktail was good. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The decoration was fun and kitschy. Excellent location close to restaurants, shops, and monuments.”

We had a good view from our window, but as it's on a large, busy main road, it can be noisy at night with traffic and sirens etc (personally, I like hearing the busy'ness of a city at night). Plenty of food choices in the hotel restaurant, and the food is really tasty. All the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff. The young waiter who was working this week (sorry, didn't catch his name, 6-12 Feb 2024 ) was regularly clearing our table for us and was very helpful and polite. The only very small downside of this hotel is that the location is quite a long walk from downtown, but that can't be helped. Plus it wasn't too bad as the bus stop for all the hop on hop buses is across the road, so it was all good really. Also, taxis across the city were around €4-5 per trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would choose it if I visited again. ☺️”

“Stayed at many properties over our 2 week trip and this was the last one we were at for 4 nights. This was the last of 4 different Hyatt’s we stayed at. Biggest pro is its beautiful view of the bridge. Had a few other issues though. We went the first week of December so it wasn’t very crowded and we’re there for 4 nights. Our room was SMALL. the king bed was awesome and had two closets but they have built it’s with no where to put our suitcases. We put them on either side of the bed but had no room to walk around them. Other than that there as one small chair in the corner with a wobbly table that had a broken leg. The bathroom got so wet every time we showered. There was no rim for the shower pan and the door didn’t shut all the way, so there was so much water on the floor even with a bath mat. So much so that the door frame to the bathroom was black with mold/rotting. The pool is also another $15 per day per person if you’re not booking a spa treatment. Breakfast is not included in your stay. We were told it was $25 each when checking in, but got charged $30 each. Not a huge deal but these small things were adding up for what is advertised as a 5 star hotel. Biggest bummer was, ICON, their rooftop bar/restaurant with some of the best views of the bridge was closed. Thinking it was just closed for the season, we asked if we could still go up for a few minutes. We were told no it was closed for construction. After seeing other people from our room balcony up there, we decided to go check it out. No construction, just looks closed for the season, there was even employees up there taking a smoke break. Would have been nice to know it was closed as it’s the first picture on their website. All in all, not the worst by any means but it unfortunately didn’t live up to expectations.”

“The price of the hotel is acceptable for Lisbon. The location is also quite solid, metro stations for two different lines are very close to the hotel. I would like to emphasize that everything in the hotel is very clean, both the public rooms and toilets in the public part of the hotel, as well as the rooms. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, and the hygiene is really without any complaints, 5/5. We didn't have breakfast included in the stay, so I couldn't say anything about that. However, despite the fact that the rooms are clean, I would complain about the obsolescence of certain things. The TV in our room was very old and small for a room of 35 square meters. Also, the safe in our room was not in use, i.e. the key to it was missing (it is not digital because time has overtaken it too). That's the only complaint, otherwise everything else is quite okay, especially the staff.”
