“Absolutely beautiful stay with our two young children. We went to see the koalas every day, and after the tour on the first morning, we were able to spot them well on our own. We loved seeing the birds and dragonflies throughout the park as we went for a walk and waking up to the cacophony of bird song every morning. Less so a snake and lace monitor, but it's all nature. My husband was worried about the noise and smells being so close to the koalas, but we had absolutely no issues. Everything is clean and still feels brand new (opened in 2020). Staff are incredibly attentive throughout, especially Renee and the cleaners. The breakfast hamper was generous (see picture), and we were offered a refill on items halfway through our stay. Such a great place for families, the pool is well shaded, and two new umbrellas were added during our stay. Could do well to add a playground, even a natural one, to complement the surrounds”

The only problem is that it would be great if they allocated a few units to animal-loving families. Thanks”

“We had a powered site on a double concrete slab just a short walk from the excellent facilities. Our only concern was we didn't realise that the bins were at the front near the entry gate. But once we found them all was good. The access to the beach is excellent and the cafe next to the lighthouse is great.”

“Camping spot was good. Amazing access to two beaches. Great facilities and camp kitchen. Well managed. Facilities were very clean, well designed, however need to pay attention to beginnings of mould build up. Plus make your way the short walk to Little Beach Boathouse cafe for a vino, reasonable food and some local dolphin watching. Just love this area.”

“Reception staff was rude upon our arrival, we were really happy to be there and greeted them with a smile however we didn’t receive no hello or anything. Room keys were just given to us but no indication on how to find the room? Had to ask where the room is located and wad just told „take the lift to second floor“ ? We come in the room it looked quite tidy, nice sea view (can’t complain about that) but then had to use the bathroom…… where do I even start. Used towels hanging? Already more than half used toilet paper roll? And also covered in dust? Hair all over the bathtub? That was quite disgusting. I will attach pictures. Going out and back in and you just get a super rude look from the reception ladies? Honestly if you have a bad day and bring it out on your customers you shouldn’t be working in customer service. Definitely won’t be booking with them again as it was overall not a nice experience.”
