We had 2 adjoining rooms which was great to allow the kids to go to bed earlier than us. Also, complimentary mini bar (soft drinks) and a bottle of wine & chocolates in the room to welcome us. Oh and a free snack bar in the common area every afternoon! Really couldn’t fault this place. Would definitely come again!”

“I stayed at this hotel for a couple of business days. At first glance, the exterior might make you question the experience, but once you step in, the receptionists welcome you with genuine kindness. Throughout my stay, they remained friendly and available. The lobby has free lemon water and madeleines for guests. The room was decent, and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning lady did a thorough job and added a sweet touch with a heart sticker on the toilet paper, making me smile. Positioned between two metro stations and close to shops, I'd certainly recommend it.”

“Thanks for ruining my anniversary trip! The only thing good about this hotel is the location, which was the reason we chose it in the first place. The check-in process was a disaster. I requested an early check-in, and when we arrived, the hotel informed me the room was not ready. I then asked if she could check when it would be. The front-desk lady said she does not know. Well, can you not check with the cleaning crew??? So, we went down in the basement to use the public bathroom to change and get freshened up... There was a dirty coffee mug by the sink, and the floor was not clean. While I was changing, I was told the room is ready. That was about 10 minutes after I talked to the front desk. Then we had to rush upstairs. This could have easily avoided if she checked with the cleaning crew like I asked her to. The rooms are not soundproof at all. The first room we got was right above the stereo in the garden, and we had a hard time falling asleep because of the constant bass. The music was not loud, but we could hear it clear as day due to the position of the stereo. After complaining about it, we got another room - smaller... Even though I paid for a larger size room. There was no water bottle in the new room. After leaving a note asking for it, we still did not get one. When booking the hotel, I specifically made a note about anniversary celebration, and I even emailed the hotel to let them know how important this trip is to us. I do not think the hotel cared or made the effort to try to make it a comfortable trip for us. I would not return nor recommend this hotel to anyone.”

Elevator was very small and watch your steps walking up as stairs had narrow turn. Rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. Tastefully designed. Beds were comfortable. Clean modern and hot shower. After walking all day in Paris, I really needed a nice and clean place to unwind. Short walk to bakery, grocery, restaurant, train station, mall and boutiques. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Highly recommend it for younger tourists to visit Paris. A great experience that add enjoyable memories to our travel adventure.”
