“The perfect spot for a long weekend in beautiful Verona. Only a 20-minute walk from the main bus station and tucked quietly right behind the Piazza Bra. All the sights, galleries and museums were easily walkable and the area is packed full of lovely bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. The service was second to none, friendly and accommodating; we were upgraded to a larger room, given local recommendations and even offered use of the bar and toilet facilities and somewhere to leave our bags as we had a late flight. The bed was huge and although I found it really comfortable, my partner found it a bit too firm (personal preference). There was a minibar but I would have like tea and coffee making facilities ideally. That is the only reason I have given 4 stars for the room as otherwise it was quaintly characterful, lovely and clean with free toiletries and an unusually good hairdryer for a hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this little gem of a hotel and already have done to some friends!”

“While this is not a hotel and thus lacks the additional services outside the provision of a room, it does have a receptionist on duty for most of the day. And the room itself is excellent, from the room size to the bed, the furniture (including a kitchenette if you're interested) and the quality of the finishings in the toilet/shower room. Add to that, the central location right by the arena, the connection with the valet parking (costs €25 daily but that's only slightly more expensive than regular parking I found), the usefulness of the recommendations provided, and the helpful emails prior to arrival, and it's really hard to give it anything less than full marks, especially in comparison to other similarly priced residences.”

“What a Fab Aparthotel! Only a short walk into town. Guaranteed parking space. Staff are so kind, Nicole was fantastic with our kids! Accommodation has everything you need to cook a basic meal but there is a restaurant on site which you get 10% off if you are eating in. But you can also order food and drink to your room so you basically have room service too! They have a washer and dryer which include detergents so no need to buy anything (€6 per wash, €2 per 10min dry). The pool is small but nice with sun loungers. The restaurant has limited vegetarian food but the veg pasta and food IS AMAZING (bit make sure you book! It's really popular), but we also ordered deliveries from JustEat & Deliveroo apps. Breakfast was at the restaurant in the morning and was really nice. The rooms are cleaned really well daily and I even saw them picking leaves off the ground! 😀 Security is good with locked gates at night which require a keycard as well as keycard locks to your room. My only gripe would be that the keycard also powered the apartment, if you left your apartment with the key all the power switched off which wasn't useful when you wanted to charge gadgets etc during the day but not a big issue and I'm sure they would have been happy for us to get another key. But all in all brilliant, a perfect launch pad for the rest of lake garda”

We had a 7 month year old in a stroller. The employee demanded that we took the stairs for eating in their restaurant. We never came back to this restaurant. Totally unfriendly and not open for children. But it seems that we are not the only ones complaining… we only had to walk 100m through the camping. So this behaviour wasn't necessary.”

Everywhere you looked, there was something to see from amazing architecture, lovely churches, mausoleums, old ruins, the amphitheatre, and, of course, the Romeo and Juliet balcony.
