“Located in the heart of downtown, this was convenient for a quick business trip. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Common areas were all decorated with sophisticated and modern touches. It would be nice to include breakfast options to make it easy and timely in the morning rush. In room dining service is available but with limited options. Parking garage is attached with both self park and valet options.”

“I would honestly say to me this is a solid 3 star hotel but definitely not a 4. The good: great location, a lot of restaurants around and even a wholefoods under the building also close enough to the highway. The bad: the cleaning its definitely not as expected washroom sink needed more attention also the toilet when I just got to the room still had a dark stain. The bed if you are a side sleeper it’s not very comfortable and pillows are way to soft (maybe time to change them). When I just got to the hotel they had by the door coffee and water that’s great however coffee was already cold! I get it it was already 3pm but if you can’t have hot coffee in the winter better not to offer it. The last and probably most annoying thing is that the door of other rooms make a lot of noise in the morning when people are leaving, maybe adding a softer close or something can help with this. Overall if you get it for a deal it’s not bad but I wouldn’t pay the full price of a 4 star hotel”

“I found this property for a split-second decision to stay in Bellevue instead of Seattle (my go-to choice). I’m glad I made the right choice and stayed at this property. Firstly, the representative at the front, Shenese (hope I have the spelling and name right), was lovely and very accommodating. A warm smile after a long drive with kids is so appreciated. The room was super clean and the ideal size for a family of four. The hotel has ample complimentary parking, decent pool and a free breakfast! Oberall, was pleasantly surprised. I will make this my new Seattle spot, considering the the amazing service , ideal location and hotel amenities.”

“I always stay here for a get away weekend. David at the front desk is awesome. I thrive on customer service and he brings it. My issue is always the Living Room Bar. One weekend I was double charged by accident. This past weekend I was told I couldn’t order food at the bar. Which is very crazy when you have a menu at the bar with food. Had to take business else where for food and drinks. Customer service from the night manager Jerimiah excellent. Great team that deals with problem solving.”

“Wonderful customer service and engagement from the moment you enter the lobby. (Thanks, Connie and Soonja!) Rooms were clean and quiet; the kids loved hanging out in the indoor pool; snacks and drinks in the lobby were convenient for a quick treat. We loved the proximity to the Link light rail station (~5 min. walk). This location is so much more affordable than downtown-area hotels, and the light rail made getting around town a breeze. Highly recommend, and I look forward to staying again!”

“Service is fine, but hotel was awful and not worth the price. We were put in a room on the 11th floor which had carpet ripped up in front of the elevator, only one of two elevators worked, and the one that did work smelled like B.O. The shower had minimal pressure. Layout of the room was weird and not coordinated. Minimal amenities. The location is fine, but there isn’t a ton of options nearby for food or coffee. Also, parking is $60 a night 😳 Not baby friendly either. Overall, wouldn’t recommend staying here.”

“Nice place but you kinda get kicked out(pretty much) after finished wine testing. I asked a lady if we could stay seated little more after we paid for testing and also purchased a bottle of wine.. she said we can’t “Due to next appointment people” reason. and there was so many other tables. So if you don’t want to be rushed, drink it slow lol I guess. Or maybe we didn’t buy membership that’s why..? Anyway There’s so many other good wineries to go :) It was good enough to try once.”

“Absolutely horrible experience. The first room I was in was filthy. There were hairs all in the bed and very obvious items showing the room was not cleaned. I was moved to a new room which was better but genuinely not acceptable. The desk and night stands were sticky and had cup rings visible. Housekeeping needs to be elevated. The timing of odd bites on my body I don't think is coincidental either. So thats been fun deep cleaning and washing everything in hot water in case I brought something home.”

“We loved this hotel. Simple and great location Beds are comfortable and thoughtful little touches everywhere: complimentary water, ceramic cups, breakfast (which was simple and delicious), laundry, water/coffee/tea. People working the desk are so friendly and knowledgeable. Doug (the original owner of the original Ace) was great, even got up early to let us in at 2 in the morning. It was a little noisy but that's the trade off for staying right near everything. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed in room with private bathroom but I would stay in a room with shared bathroom in the future: they looked very clean and nice. It's not fancy but there are some touches of luxury items and it makes it feel special.”

“I recently relocated to Seattle from Guam, and I have decided to live in Sentral First Hill. I am incredibly happy with the choice I made. I read a lot of excellent reviews about the apartment and the neighborhood before signing the lease. As a result, I took a risk by signing the lease without physically seeing the property and its surroundings, and thus far, I have no regrets about doing so! With Ms. Tracy's assistance, I was able to secure the apartment while I was on Guam. Every time I called, messaged or emailed with queries or concerns, Ms. Tracy responded promptly, effectively, and professionally. She gave me a tour of the apartment when I first arrived and showed me all of the amenities that their building has to offer. Living in Sentral First Hill is fairly safe, and there are several community amenities around, like grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, and banks. Because it is close to where I will shortly be working, it is very convenient. :)”

“A very well maintained and clean apartment complex. The leasing team (Jennifer, Tracy) were very helpful during the entire process, and helped me with a virtual tour and addressed all questions and concerns very patiently and were prompt for all inquiries. The management (Tatiana) has also been very helpful through the move-in process. The apartment was in a very good condition while moving in, and the tiny bits which were left were handled very quickly. The management has also been very approachable and helpful in terms of any technical issues while moving in and with deliveries and packages as well. Great experience so far.”

“We had an amazing stay at the graduate! The coolest, cleanest, and friendliest hotel I’ve been too! Pros- - The coolest hotel theme I’ve ever seen, definitely visually enjoy this hotel -the staff were incredibly nice and helpful -they gave us complimentary free drink cards at the bar on the roof of the hotel upon check in -the room was very clean -great lighting and great view -a whole coffee shop is connected downstairs with good pricing -great location, so many great restaurants near by to try -worth the price for sure Cons- -no fan in the bathroom -no complimentary breakfast that I was aware off but some food items were for sale at the coffee shop. Up to you if pro or con- -If you like a firm bed then you might be a little hard sleeping, the beds are very soft, like the momma bears bed in the Goldilocks story. Personally I love it and had a great sleep since I love softer beds, but if you love a firm bed it might be a little bit of an adjustment. Over all the pros much outweigh the cons here and it’s was such a fun experience staying here! I will be staying here again in the future if I get the chance!”

“This hotel has so much potential. Some reviews said it has a "vintage charm" but, there wasn't any charm or a vintage feel here when I stayed. Everything just felt outdated and just kept well enough to get by. I think with a few cosmetic changes and a good vision, the correct management can give it a "vintage charm". (AC's in the rooms VS a window fan would be a good start.) The location is REALLY good and overall my stay here wasn't bad. I thought the Inn would have a more vintage style inside, but just an average hotel in a good location.”

Breakfast is considered as convenient store foods, I will not say it's good, but you could have water, drinks and snacks whole day as you want. There is a small gym in the first floor, a piano that you can play with. Parking lot is small however you can easily cross street and find a lot of parking space from Bellevue square.”
