“Fantastic location with a view to lake garda. The rooms are spacious. The air conditioning in the room keeps going off and is highly inadequate in the summer. We were barely able to sleep. We did raise a service request and apparently there is nothing they can do about it. So would avoid going there in peak summer. They do have a fantastic breakfast”

“I gotta say, this hotel has a very kind reception. They are multilingual. The room was very comfortable. AC available in some of the rooms. The best thing, they rent bikes for free, for 5 hours! Cruising true Sirmione with the bikes was a very lovely experience. The rooms are quite and clean. We had a lovely terrace. The restaurant also welcomes dogs, which is incredible! a marvelous experience”

“Newly renovated hotel in perfect location. Service is outstanding and always friendly. We enjoyed going to the local beach club (free entrance for hotel guests). Breakfast was good. Coffee could be better ;) Parking was well organized. You can unload your bags close to the hotel and park in locked parking boxes (add. cost) in 2 min walking distance. The rooms with terrace in the 1st floor with lake view are wonderful and worth the extra price. Many restaurants in walking distance.”

“Not worth of the money spent (1200 EUR / week) .. Mobile home really feels like being in a caravan although clean and air conditioned and not worn out. We had the worst option of all Mobile homes- right at parking place.. All public pictures show nice Green grass next to the 'bungalow' but this worst one, only parking place at your terrace.”

“A very cozy place! Rooms are clean and cared for nicely. The staff is super nice, respectful and waiting to help. Have stayed a few times now and feel like I am part of the family. The main level ros can have some noise from rooms above but are very nice. 1st floor rooms are roomy and have a great view. Eating at the local restaurant onsight is quite nice, there are not many spots very close. If the restaurant is closed, they can order you pizza or other food near by. The morning breakfast buffet has nice high quality options for everyone. Juices, waters, coffees and many treats to eat. Everyone is so helpful and nice!”

“We requested an accessible room due to my mother's disability. We received a windowless, difficult-to-reach, dark room. The rude staff informed us that the room isn't dark, you just need to turn on the lights. When they saw that we wouldn't stay in that tiny dump, they immediately rushed to charge the card instead of offering an alternative. Unfortunately, when we wanted to go back later to take some pictures to support our complaint (because they don't provide pictures of the accessible room), they didn't allow us in anymore, claiming it had been occupied. Of course, they didn't refund any portion of the money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! It's a shame what they offer!”

“Beautiful hotel grounds and location. The sea view suite was very nice too but the AC kept turning on and off very annoyingly once the room was at 26C (so we slept with an open window instead). Breakfast was ok, sadly no good italian coffee. The restaurant was ok in a pinch but there are definitely much better options in the area. I would like to especially thank Angela from reception for her hospitality and excellent service. All in all, I would recommend staying here.”
