“Checking in was extremely easy, Brie was so helpful getting us settled after a long drive. Advised us of the daily breakfast offered, coffee available 24/7 in the lobby, the snack room, guest laundry facilities & gym. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen, the fireplace was so nice & cozy, comfortable beds & furnishings. Extremely clean & quiet complex, We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to San Jose. Encourages us to travel more & stay with Homewood suites / Hilton.”

“It was important to us to get the room with the jetted tub, so we paid extra for that room. It was a beautiful room with great lighting. I loved everything about it, but unfortunately the jetted tub was broken. Maintenance came and could not fixt it. They tried for quite awhile. They could not repair it and couldn’t offer us a room switch. So they said they were going to give us a cheaper rate, as we paid extra for the tub. Which I was sad about, but I found that fair. At checkout the digital concierge didn’t know what I was talking about. I ended up asking for a manager because she wasn’t understanding and I am not going to pay for an amenity I didn’t receive. Finally a few days later the price reduction showed up on my CC. Other than the tub not working and concierge having to call management to find out if they did in fact owe me a reduction during checkout, it was a lovely experience, the maintenance staff was really nice and I liked the style of the room and hotel. Breakfast was simple with beagles/cereal/yogurt but was a nice place to sit and eat. Although, the room was missing some basic amenities and the door downstairs which locks at night for “security reasons” was locked during the day accidentally once which made checkout extra frustrating.”

“This is the worst of my experience in any of the properties by Marriott so far. I made a corporate booking and stayed here for 7 days. Here is some feedback on the extremely arrogant and weird staff from this hotel … 1) When I reached for check in, I waited in the queue for 30 minuets along with 3 more members and the staff responsible for providing keys was roaming here and there with his mobile carelessly for 30 mins. 2) There were a total 2 towels in the room and kitchen was not properly cleaned. The room was not properly checked and a heavy noise was coming from AC entire night , due to which I can’t sleep. It took them 2 nights to fix the issue. 3) WORST ONE — I selected the hotel as there was kitchen in the room , so that I can prepare my dinner. But for 7 consecutive days those arrogant staff didn’t provided any room service including cleaning of kitchen utensils ,trash removal, or new towels. I went to front desk and complained 3 times in 7 days but those shameless and weird staff tried raising their hands and kept on cross questioning me with stupid questions like— when did u came, whom u complained for room cleaning, why can’t u ask the people cleaning rooms to clean ur room etc etc .. I talked to the workers who used to clean rooms, they told my room number is excluded from their list for any kind of servicing. I talked to the staff in hotel again but those shameless people seating in front desk hardly did anything. (thinking no one is supervising them and no one can can force them to do any work.) The person said they provide room service once in 2 days so wait for next day , but nothing happened in next day also. The guests in hotel are getting treated on the basis of their race… Finally I gave up and ordered all my dinners from Uber Eats for 7 days , as no-one came to clean the kitchen.. Finally trash in the kitchen started smelling badly in entire room. 4) Free Breakfast: they have minimal items on the name of breakfast, and they don’t have any information on ingredients of the breakfast along with any allergic information. I questioned about couple of items asking do they have egg , and duffers reacted saying we don’t know … I requested front desk to add information on ingredients and allergy, but as usual they made fun of me and said we don’t have any such provisions, if you have issues don’t eat them. Here are some pics of the room , which states they didn’t feel responsibility to clean kitchen, bathroom, change towels etc ..”

“I’ve stayed before in Sunnyvale so this time I assumed it would be the same… and it is but it isn’t…. Staff super friendly and willing to help, my room smell so so bad since the moment I opened the door it was yuck… no biggie, let’s open the window and the smell will go away but made it worst. I spend one night in that room and asked to be changed, if possible and they did. This new room had not so clean sheets, bathroom shower and sink flooded every time you dare open the water… I had a closet just no door…, the curtains were about to fall… if I could have mixed the first room and the smell of the second one, it would have been lovely… On the laundry room there are vending machines but food only. I used the fun here and it does give the impression that no one has been there for a while… there used to be a TV but now it’s not there, just one towel and equipment does what’s needed just outdated. Jack in the Box is right outside and so it’s a Safeway so, good location just the rooms…”

“I gotta say I was extremely disappointed. I checked in to my room late after a long day at the airport and to my surprise the bathroom was not cleaned. There was a brown stain on the toilet lid and hair under the lid and on top of the toilet. I also later found a rag that had short black hairs on it hanging off the curtain rod when I went to shower. I think they completely missed cleaning my room. I also was annoyed because I booked a one king size bedroom and when I got there the man upfront said there was a mix up so I was gonna have to stay in a two queen bedroom. It’s not cool when you pay and can’t even relax because your room is filthy. I went to make coffee in the morning and the inside of the coffee pot was gross and clearly wasn’t cleaned for a while. I will say the man at the front desk did come and clean up for me but didn’t really do anything besides apologize and blame it on the new maid. It was weird to have someone in your room cleaning in the middle of the night. I would have to say the only thing good was the location.”

“Spent two nights here alone and had a quiet, peaceful stay. The rooms are as pictured, basic amenities available, and every employee was polite and friendly. The hotel is small and parking is limited, but the lot is tucked behind the building and away from the street. There are several fast food options within walking distance, and a gas station across the street. If there's one adjustment I had to make, it was just to give the door an extra push/pull to make sure it was properly closed.”
