“We spent just over a week traveling around Italy and Up Hotel was, hands-down, our favorite stay! I booked the Up Room and didn't realize that it is a semi-secret penthouse room with a private entrance. It was beautifully outfitted and we can't stop talking about the Dorelan pebble bed! So unique and super comfortable! Loved the skylights that open up and create a balcony-like feel. The only issue we had was that the bathtub would only produce cold water, but that didn't take away from how much we enjoyed ourselves and the manager was very apologetic. The breakfast and cappuccino were excellent, and we appreciated the 24/7 access to free water (including sparkling!) The location is very walkable and maybe 5 minutes to the beach on foot. We were able to street-park our car for free right in front of the hotel but they did have a small, gated lot out back for an extra charge if needed. We only stayed for one night but are already planning a return for a longer visit!”

“We have spent 8 nights at the hotel during our holiday in Italy and we can highly recommend it! The hotel is located in front of the sea, offering a magnificent view from the room. The rooms are large, well equipped and very clean. The bathroom was freshly renovated. The staff is super nice and the food is superb! The pool is one of the largest we've seen in the area. There are animations for kids, live music events etc. The hotel fully deserves at least four stars!”

“We were a large family of 5 including two children. At the welcome, we were surprised by the knowledge of the ladies at the reception, who speak English very well. We felt at home in this hotel. Every day at breakfast two lovely ladies asked us if we wanted anything else in addition to breakfast, which was still very rich. The garden in front of the hotel is the perfect place to relax and take a break from the scorching sun. The cleaning ladies take care of the guest's comfort every day and clean the room properly. In conclusion, this hotel has a family atmosphere and you cannot feel like a stranger or unnoticed. I recommend this hotel :)”

“We had a fabulous stay at Tenuta Mara Relais. From the warm personal welcome by Amanda to the friendly and superb service by all the staff, we were sad to leave! This really is a beautifully place to stay. Our room was luxurious and nothing was too much trouble. We had a fantastic tour of the winery and vineyard and the art collection has to be seen.. simply stunning! The only feedback for change would be that they expand their food service, as only breakfast was available and a lovely lunch on the day of the wine tour. The food was excellent and we would have liked to eat each evening in the restaurant and stay at the Relais. I can highly recommend Tenuta to anyone who enjoys amazing countryside views, stunning art and fine wine!”

“First of all, thank you for the great stay. Very nice owners, excellent team at reception and dining. Cleaners did their best. Communication was not a problem at all, don`t get worried if you are not Italian. 1. The hotel: room are very clean, towels are changed every day; hair dryer in the shower room, shampoo and spoon is included. Much attention is paid to sanitation. 2. The kitchen: excellent food. For the dinner and supper: Salads are served at the separate table + you get starter + you choose 2 second dishes from six offered (all very tasty!!!) + home wine, water, orangeade or coke is always on your table + fruits and cakes. Breakfast is fantastic - they serve the best croissants we have ever eaten. We`ve put on 4 kilos, but could not resist to taste everything they offered. We were lucky to have Liza and Luciano, who spoke English and a little Hungarian with us. 3. The beach: it is #85, 2 min walk, just across the main road, clean, spacious, very attentive beach team. 4. Parking - secured, 100 meters from the hotel . 5. Transportation - 100 meters bus stop to Rimini city center. + Bus stop for free shuttle bus to Le Befane shopping center, + Bus stop for the free shuttle bus to Bologna outlet + Bus stop for the bus to San Marino. We did it all with absolutely no problems. Thank You so much. It was our second stay and we`ll be definitely back. We recommended to our friends and family members. They are very excited to come to the City Hotel Rimini with us next time.”
