“first of all, this hapimag has a really unique facility and beautiful nature surrounding it, which is simply stunning - one of the best hapimag resorts for sure and i’ve seen plenty. also, as always staff was welcoming and friendly - huge thank you. nevertheless, there are two major things that are making me slightly mad. 1. the apartements are badly old fashioned (typical hapimag style) and urgently need some renovations - they just don’t fit to the aspirations and overall pricing 2. you must extra pay for everything - towels, fitness room, … that’s nothing a regular decent hotel would ever do i would like to point out further that we did enjoy their pizza a lot - there were some reviews that the pizza is not real italian.. they offer lots of activities for children and there are plenty of animals around, which is both nice. the local little supermarket is surprisingly well stocked and also offers veggies out of their garden. in the end, we loved our stay because of the facility. also, we were allowed to switch apartments because the first one was unpleasant for us due to the location of it. the second one was simply amazing with the most beautiful view. but, we did not know that we had to pay 60€ “cleaning fee” although we basically did not use the first one fully.”

“Great location, great staff as well. Such a great exp, we picked this place as a recharge day on our trip and it delivered. The pool was excellent (So was the pool bar :P ), checking in was smooth and the room was exceptional. We enjoyed the bistro setup outside our room in the evening. Breakfast was good as well. The views? Amazing, worth every dollar to stay here.”

“The hotel grounds and receptionist was very lovely , the views were stunning and the pool was nice. However,the two main things I thought made it so the hotel could not be desirable is the actual rooms themselves were very lacking. I was actually quite disappointed in that. It was the equivalent of a 1 or 2 star hotel. There was just plastic cups with a plastic bottle of water and a 1 single use package of shampoo and that's all. No coffee / tea station , no stocked mini fridge, only the two pillows etc. Most 3-5 star hotels hotels have beautiful large reusable bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Stocked mini fridges ( some even complementary! ) and fully stocked coffee / tea areas, 4 pillows etc. the rooms were dark with a metal creeky bed. Another note is there's no lunch, dinner or cocktail bar area. Which most other hotels in the area for the same price per night offer this , and very desirable as well. So I'm a bit confused why the price per night and reviews are so high considering this. Hotels like I Borghi Dell'Eremo ( I stayed there previously for 2 nights before here) They are an incredible hotel , for nearly the same price. It's a shame because this hotels has the potential to be a 5 star hotel if they put more effort into the above points and maybe updated the rooms decor a bit better.”

“Great location! Super to reach by foot from the packing. Take the rooms with the view of the restraint side. Amazing views!!! You want be disappointed. Just realised that you can't enter with car at this towens in tuskany. Take hand luggage. Rooms are not luxury but you jave all what you need. The pool is available, but at room ar not bath gears available. Take your owen shoes. Terasse is amazing and quiet. Lot of restaurants at this area. Enjoy the italien life !! Greetings Elise”

“Great view, good location and clean comfy room. But… it can get very noisy during weekends Saturday and Sunday with loud parties going on till 3am nearby or rather the entire old town of Siena and cathedral bells rolling every 30mins the whole of Sunday. Hotel is within minutes of walking distance to the old town, Conad supermarket and bus stops. The room is not big rather small but comfortable, go for the room with city view and balcony it’s worth every penny. The breakfast is very good European standard. The shower temperature can get extremely cold and hot if you turn it to full power, turning it half way get a consistent water temperature. There’s a lovely big living room but only for reading. It’s a total waste because if you want a quiet room might as well stay in your own room. Staff are not friendly and not rude either, they just can’t be bothered if you don’t speak Italian. Overall a good enjoyable 2 nights stay.”

“Great clean hotel just outside of the historic town of Siena walls. Convenient bus pick up directly outside of hotel. Only issue is the bus stops running at 830 and taxis are few and far between. We walked for roughly 20 minutes and didn’t mind. We didn’t get a chance for the pool but it looked refreshing. Great friendly host with lots of recommendations and helpful tips.”

“Good hotel to stay at while in Siena, as it is just outside the walls and is just across from the escalator that leads all the way up to Siena' majestic historical centre. The escalator just across the street is truly a thing of extreme convenience and makes it all very enjoyable. The staff is very kind and helpful and on-site parking for €7 a day is a great feature. The rooms are nice and comfortable with a fridge that you plug in if you need it and all is very clean. Bathrooms are large and very clean with large built-in showers. The showers, however, do tend to flood the bathroom and staff is aware of this. They do not have any of those cloth shower mats in the rooms, so you may want to ask for a couple more towels. Breakfast was good and rich in offer, although they do not offer a proper bar service, but coffees and cappuccino are served by an automatic machine, of which there is only one and there is usually a line, so I think the Manager should address that. Price could be a little less for a 3-Star venue in my opinion, but Siena seems to be more expensive than other places around Tuscany.”
