Great location, in a nice quiet neighborhood but within easy walking distance of many of the main tourist sites and near several different tube stations-- very convenient for anything you want to do in London. “We stayed at the Beaumont during Christmas times and the stay was perfect by all means. I loved the arts and interior all over the Hotel. The Hotel is highly recommended for different reasons. One, the location is very unique. Second, the staff are super nice and friendly and what I liked the most is that the concierge go the extra mile to find us restaurants booking in a very high season. Specially Alan who is super helpful and very enthusiastic about his job. Third, the housekeeping takes care of details that is very rare to find, they even put a bookmark when they found a book near to my bed. Most importantly, the vibes of all the people who works there are a very positive and cheerful vibes that leaves you go back home with a big heart and a smile on your face.”

“Manager and all staff are great, service is always exceptional. However very disappointed on this visit - and I’m usually very satisfied. The chicken burger at £16 was once a delectable dish, to my surprise the burger tasted like it was made in a kebab shop. Bread was like cardboard and both the beef and chicken burger had an overwhelming taste of nothing. As something marketed as high end me and my partner were extremely disappointed - hope to try again once the chef is back to normal. Love the brook mill normally!”

“Love this location. Just near theaters, great food, and Buckingham Palace and the parks, this hotel offers wonderful location for exploring this area of London. The people are amazing, especially Catia whose presence at both our check in and check out was professional and welcoming. The only issue is the size of the room — cramped for 2 people and luggage, but well laid out. I appreciated the mini-kitchen and would certainly have used it had we stayed more than one night. Recommended.”

“Even after turning the heat all the way up, the room was still just as warm as the hallway. Not freezing, but not as warm as I would have liked. The shower needs updating. The glass only covers the first third of the shower so I was trying hard to not get water all over the floor. Complimentary water and the staff are very nice. Breakfast was great. Great location. Can get to anywhere from london bridge station, was an easy transit from airport and to kings cross train”

“Ditched the regular hotel for a serviced apartment. Love that the place has a fully functional (not to mention sparkling new) kitchenette and a washer/dryer. The floor space is generous. When you are staying for almost 2 weeks, some days you just want to relax in the room. Location of the apartment is great. A few minutes walk to Aldgate East Station; and plenty of local buses. A few groceries are walking distance to fill up the fridge.”

“I took the Bean to Bar class with Josh. He was fabulous! The class was excellent. Josh is hilarious. There are plenty of hands on experiences and many visuals. Josh and Candy worked really hard and extended excellent hospitality. Everyone in the class had fun and learned a lot. Upstairs, they have really nice staff making coffee, ice cream and hot chocolate. They give everyone Prosecco or something else to drink. You get to see the machines of small batch chocolate making.”

“I love this place. The room was huge by London standards. Everything was clean. We went in winter, so it was very cold, but our room was nice and warm. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice plus. I appreciate the free mini bar. I didn't have to constantly worry about going out to buy bottles of water. It is located right next to a Costa Coffee and in the middle of tons of shops, restaurants and fast food places. Everyday, before we would head up to the room to end our day, we would check out a few of the shops nearby. It was also super easy to get to the tube or busses as there are stops in Piccadilly and at the square. Thank you for a great vacation!”

“I started receiving marketing emails from Montcalm in August. When I asked why I was on their marketing list, I was told that I opted in when staying with them in March. I have never stayed at Montcalm and have never even heard of them. They asked me my postcode and phone number to investigate, but after supplying this I have not heard back from then in nearly 2 and a half months. Their claim does not really stack up. If someone had made a booking using my email address I would have received emails previously about it. I wouldn't have started receiving marketing emails 5 months later. From this fact and the complete silence I have received, the natural conclusion to draw is that they did not obtain my email address legitimately.”
