“Wow! For a 3 star hotel I was very pleasantly surprised especially with their breakfast food! The hotel is located perfectly in Liverpool central walkable to the station and everywhere you need to go! The room was great, but it did get a little cold at night as their heated ventilators weren’t able to keep up with the cold, but the hotel reception were able to resolve this by giving us a heated radiator. The main thing I liked about this hotel is the quality of the food! On my god….it was superb quality! Sausages tasted like sausages, eggs tasted like eggs and they were very accommodating by giving us veggie sausages as we had a vegetarian in the group! The car park is literally next door to the hotel and it only costs £6 per day to park (you just need to give reception your car registration)! Overall very happy with this stay and I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Liverpool! 100% recommend this hotel! 😊”

“Superb value for money hotel in a great location. Receptionist was very friendly and had a hassle free check in with clear instructions, would recommend doing the online check in to make this process easier and quicker. Free on site parking, which is a bonus, especially considering the convenience of the location. Room was immaculately clean and was a credit to the staff, hairdryer, kettle with tea and coffee,TV and free good signal WiFi, no wardrobe but plenty of coat hangers on a rail. Great view overlooking the dock. Shower room was small but adequate and a great shower towels and shower gel etc included. A nice restaurant and lounge bar, again overlooking the water. Reasonably priced drinks and food also a TV with seating area, and outside seating area. Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of hot and cold food. Overall a great stay in a great central location, represents great value for money, will certainly be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“This was an excellent place to stay. I felt it reflected fantastic value for money. The location was good - it appears to be on the periphery of the city centre, consequently it was neither too loud nor too far from local amenities. The rooms were comfortable, well-equipped and exceptionally clean. The bathrooms were spacious and clean also. The staff were second to none; they couldn't do enough to help.”

“The 8-bed dorm room is spacious and has one shower/toilet. The down point is there is no power socket or lamp at your bunk bed. Has a large and functional shared kitchen with hobs and two medium-sized refrigerators. With four big wooden tables that you can eat/work. Lots of power sockets. Has one vending machine at the reception, selling snacks and drinks at a fair price. I have a good wifi connection here (in my dorm room and in the kitchen), but can't say for other rooms. Good location surrounded by bars, eateries, and student accommodations.”

“Stayed here twice now, would recommend. Get the feeling - 'cos of it's price point - it's popular with stag and hen crowds, and hoped that this didn't mean it was gonna go down hill. Lift was broken and sensed it may have been 38 drunken party goers packing it - being dumb - and ruining the place! Perfect location and friendly staff. I reported any issues in the unit, as without this they can't improve. Could do with a few more basic utensils, black out curtains, and regular checks to see that everything works. But overall really nice place to stay and works out cheaper than some hotels! Guys, if you book - behave, treat it nice, don't trash it and knick stuff etc. Hard to find places like this around the country! I'll be back when visiting one of my favourite UK cities.”
