“We have visited this hotel for 2 nights and overall impression was good. Rooms were clean, sleep quality was excellent, no noise, soft bed sheets and every day they cleaned it up. SPA was pleasant, it was possible to use sauna, steam room and jacuzzi for 8 people. WiFi was very fast and we would also like to give big thumbs up for the kitchen. They could prepare perfect poached eggs for the breakfast and even the dinner tasted very good. The only minuses for the hotel would be for staff on dinner. The waiter was very slow and did not take care of us and also of other (2) guests. It took us exactly 2 hours to get 1 drink, 2 main meals and 1 dessert with 2 coffees which is too long. The other thing I would advise to improve are signs. It was not clear for us and also for other people who arrived with us where is the reception, where to park etc. And the last thing we were not aware about was parking fee which is 60 -65 PLN per night which is a lot. In conclusion the hotel offered us very good value for money and we would return again. Service feels for 4 star hotel, not 5, but we enjoyed our stay!”

“Good hotel, they offer meals for an aditional sum but the downstairs lounge is open for all guests at all times. They offer tea and coffee for everyone, a functional microwave and a water dispensor with a choice of still and sparkling water. The rooms are good, they offer a smart TV and a minifridge in the corner. The hotel is in a good destination, just down the road from the city center, definitely recommend this place if you're on a budget.”

“In its price a great combination! The rooms are in good repair. No unnecessary odors! Good, not soft mattress. There is a kettle and accessories. Nice shower room, strong water pressure. Everything is in excellent condition. There is a parking lot for adequate money, it is possible to leave the car on the street. The neighborhood is not noisy. The staff is polite and responsive. I recommend for those who travel by car and moto!”

Rooms were available in different budget, and we choose a double room “Chardonnay” with king size bad and sofa for our daughter. We slept well, but air conditioning was a bit freezing. “Extremely nice place, designed with a thought for every little detail. Comfortable rooms with space to work if you need. Big windows for the light to come in, blackouts for the night. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Helpful and polite staff. The location is perfect - a few minutes from the Market square. There are several restaurants and bars in the same street, just a few steps from the hotel. The bus stop to the airport is 10 min. on foot. We'll be glad to visit again.”

“Booked this hotel approximately one week before arrival to Poland. Upon arrival past midnight we have been told that there was no booking for us. Eventually after some searches an email was found with our bookings but there was no room reserved. After a while we were offered single bedroom for 2 of us. The room was dusty, hair on the bed and very dusty, stained sofa on which one of us had to sleep. Following morning upon check out we wanted to speak to somone ge but the the hotel manager went for smoke... She dully returned, gave us some vauge explanation at which point we just left. Not even apology. This is a convenient location, but there is so many other great hotels nearby. Don't recommend this place at all for poor service and poor hygiene.”

“It's a very well renovated old apartment with super high ceilings and quirky interior. Kitchen was great, bathroom functional with bathtub and shower. I like the small balcony overlooking an inner garden. Perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine and a smoke. Due to pandemic, we cooked ourselves and also ordered the takeaway. Apartment is centrally located, walking distance to old centre, with shops, parking, and restaurants around. Some people will, some won't live the bed. It's a very comfy bed but if you're tall, you might mind sleeping so close to the ceiling.”
