“Only went to sleep and have breakfast here and for that it seemed fine. Breakfast was a bit sparse but adequate, rooms clean but gets quite warm during summer. Being in the flight route of the nearby airport means you'll wake up from jets around 7 when sleeping with the window open.”

On the phone they said that it couldn't be that something was missing 🤔 It's a shame that we didn't take a photo at the beginning, in any case you won't see us there again any time soon”

“We had an overall good experience. The hotel was clean and well kept. The room was clean. The front desk staff was ver helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good; simple but good. The location of the hotel was excellent - you can walk out of the back and are within walking distance to shops, restaurants, sightseeing- the hotel is at the edge of a pedestrian only streets. Only complaint, and a big one, is that our A/C did not work and never got fixed after multiple requests were made. We stayed five nights. The hotel had no box fans available to borrow. We did not get a discount on the room. Got a one drink voucher for each of us and two 1 liter bottles of water to compensate for the A/C not working.”

“If staying in a hotel causes me unforeseen additional costs, that's a major dealbreaker. So, I checked into the hotel on Sunday at 3 p.m. I immediately informed the receptionist that their wifi was not working. They replied that they were sorry for the problem, but it was Sunday, and their IT support was not working. And that they will fix the issue as soon as possible. When I left on Wednesday around 10:00 a.m., the problem had not been resolved. Considering that the purpose of my trip was work, it is imperative to me that I have a high-quality Internet connection when I am in the hotel. That's why, as a foreigner in Germany, I had to buy an additional mobile internet service due to the hotel's negligence. The hotel had no further excuses for this deficiency nor any bonus for drinks, food or the like. For a hotel in a large German metropolis in 2023, that's lousy advertising. Even in Albania 6-7 years ago, I got a free SIM card for the Internet, which I could not use for a whole week. The hotel itself has the usual facilities. It is relatively close to public transport and the pedestrian zone towards the centre. In addition to a TV and a complimentary bottle of water, there are no additional facilities in the room. Although such room contents are announced on the booking page, it is already quite common for rooms of this level to have a small refrigerator and a kettle so that the visitor can prepare coffee or tea. There was not much noise in the room. The breakfast was relatively high quality. Following the hotel's environmental policy, I did not ask for room cleaning or additional towels during the entire stay.”

“We stayed here for New Years weekend hoping to get away from fireworks. We stayed in the Little Red Riding Hood treehouse and it was lovely. The winding stairs going up can be a workout with luggage so pack light. The view from the large window is nice with the trees and cars going by. It was surprisingly warm with the floor heating. The rain shower was a good size. I wish the loft up top had something more. The bean bag up there was stained so we didn’t really use it. There is a hot water kettle and stocked mini fridge in the treehouse. Breakfast was good and a nice variety. Dogs are allowed in the hotel but the treehouse. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and only takes 20 minutes into the city center. The hotel has its own parking lot with electric charging. It was loud during New Years with the fireworks and church bells but overall a nice stay.”

“Very good location: 30min away from Cologne by car, in the middle of the mountains and near a beautiful lake. It's the perfect place to escape from the city from a weekend and enjoy the beauty of nature... Plus, the staff is very nice and the breakfast (a buffet) is very good. My room was comfy and extremely clean, and I loved the view on the garden. I highly recommend!”

I used this Hotel for the gamescom 2023 the drive was 50km, which took us about 50min, I would say it was worth the money and effort driving back and forth for this hotel. “Interesting hotel with a creative strategic partnership. This hotel has a merged facility and location with an assisted living home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow--It seems to work! This hotel is approximately 10-15 minutes by foot, from the main strain station and downtown Altstadt in Bonn. The rooms were larger and the room I stayed in , had a deck door which opened to a small terrace and a peaceful garden. Very nice!. WIFI, AC, TV and shower all worked very well. Breakfast was good with several choices. The breakfast room was very nice. Service was efficient and friendly as you dine with other hotel guests AND residents from the attached assisted living facility. Indoor pool and sauna located on site. Final take --recommended for the relaxed feel and the good breakfast.”
