“I hate having to pay for parking when the room itself was $270. Parking at a hotel should be included. When we walked into our hotel room, an overwhelming smell of mildewy damp sour hit us. The room smelled dirty and gross. We got in late and were totally exhausted so we didn’t want to change rooms. We pulled our shoes off to get in bed, and my husband stepped in a giant wet sticky spot on the floor right next to the bed. It was absolutely disgusting. It was so sticky that he had to instantly hop in the shower and soap his feet. So nasty. A disappointing sub par experience. We always stay at Marriott as gold members and this room was unacceptable.”

It is a bit of a maze and the you definitely need a map. Night time was hard to find the room. I am a Hyatt member and this was not the best Hyatt but also not the worse.”

“Room was great and clean, and the breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. However....check in is at 3, and when arrived at 4, our rooms were still not ready. So we had to wait another while longer to get into our rooms. Then, we unfortunately had one of our family members get hurt during the trip and was unable to walk during checkout. We called to see if they had a wheelchair available, they did not. We had to resort to using one of the rolling chairs in the room to get my mother down to check out and out to the valet parking. We were then warned by the receptionist, very non-compassionately I might add, that we would have to make sure to get that chair back to the room or we would be charged for it. Instead of trying to help us, or showing the slightest bit of concern, we were admonished. Very unfortunate experience.”

“Just to be clear, this is an extended stay apartment complex. So any references to "adjoining", "suite", etc. all mean apartments next door and 1 or 2 bedroom apartments. We stayed in a 2 BR 2 BA which was a nice size. One room has a king bed with a shower and the other had 2 queens with a tub. The layout was fine. The closets were large, but I'm traveling so I didn't need a walk-in closet. The ice maker didn't work in our fridge. We were able to get the front desk to bring us a bag. There is an ice machine in the lobby area. They also have coin operated washers & dryers, which I didn't have time to use, but they looked fine. The room had been remodeled but had some issues with cleanliness. It was apparently an issue to get a shower curtain for the bathroom with the tub, so we didn't have one the first 2 nights. The lobby is in a different building, just as if it was a management office of a complex. These are 3 story buildings. Keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage, there is no elevator. We noticed trash piling up in the lower outside trash cans. There were quite a few broken down cars in the parking lot including a Hyatt House van sitting there with a flat tire. They charge $7.00 a day for parking which makes no sense. There is plenty of parking! The breakfast was decent but they were out of milk on my 2nd day. How do you run out of milk? Send someone to the store! There is also a bar at the front desk. The 2 ladies at the front were very helpful. All-in-all it was an ok trip. we weren't there much anyway.”

“This hotel is very nice and modern. The location is also very nice and plenty to do if would like to walk around catch a bite. They park your vehicle, they also bring your vehicle to you. They make sure they open your door. The rooms were big and roomy and clean. The only section I notice a bit dirty is the bathrooms. Either then that the hotel is very nice and comfortable.”

“We had a delightful stay here!! We were there for two nights and had no issues whatsoever. The room, as well as all public areas were clean. Staff was welcoming. The only complaint we had at all, was the lighting in our room. It felt a little dark in the sitting area even with all the available lights on. Other than that, everything was great. I had breakfast downstairs the first morning and Brian was so helpful and pleasant. He gave 5☆ service as soon as he saw me. A big shout-out to Brian for the warm welcome and the amazing breakfast toast. It was a great added value to my stay!”

“Awesome stay! We booked for the 31st-1st and we loved every second here! It was packed from it being NYE, but everyone was nice and accommodating. Walter one of the general managers checked us in and was very attentive and helpful during our stay. The view to the reunion tower was super close, they even had the lobby patio open for viewing. We walked across not even 1 minute walking distance and we had an amazing view! The valet service was really nice too! They were quick with getting our car and parking and totally worth it! You do have to wait a little to get your car since everyone is also trying to check out but max 5 minute wait. 10/10 Rooms were clean & spacious! Thank you for an awesome stay!”

We drove up from Houston and stayed here for one night because it was very close to a New Years hotel party in downtown Dallas we planned to attend. Unfortunately, they had some staffing issues at arrival and the room I booked (1 king bed) was not clean/available, so I was given a two full-sized beds room. This was quite awkward since we are a couple sharing one bed… I was told I would be contacted by the manager but 4 days had passed without contact so I decided to call myself. I was put through to the manager Asia who had not yet been informed of the situation by her staff, so I explained to her my experience and without hesitation offered me adequate compensation and remedied the situation. Great customer service!”

“I stayed at Staybridge Hotel for a little over 2 months because I was having some repairs done to my home. The hotel was nice and the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars on everything is because I had to talk to front desk a few times about housekeeping sometimes seemingly rushing so they didn't clean my room properly and they also would sometimes forget to replenish items but overall the room was clean. Their hot breakfast was awesome, I think the cook's name was LaTonya, and her and her morning crew rocked!!! Also, in the evening their social gathering was nice as well. I love how they served appetizers and beverages like wine, beer and soda!! They only serve Monday- Wednesday from 5:30 -7pm but I feel it should be done Monday-Friday. The Cook/ Server Shela is an outstanding and very friendly individual!! Makes me want to go back just to see and talk with her!! I don't know the other lady's name that worked with Shela in the evenings but she was nice as well. Mostly everyone was really nice and helpful!!”
