“Our stay at YWCA International Guest House had some ups and downs. The room had twin beds, a decent bathroom, and useful shelving, but lacked a dedicated safe. The staff assured us the place was secure despite the unconventional locks on the drawers. Unfortunately, there were no hairdryers or a remote for the air conditioning, which was a bit inconvenient. The kettle in the room was a puzzle – no cable or switch on the base meant no hot tea. On the bright side, the restaurant downstairs served tasty food, and the breakfast buffet was satisfying. In summary, our experience was average. Its close location to Connaught Place saved the guest house.”

“Food here was very tasty, especially chicken seek kabab and manchow soup. Please focus on that :-) There was so much noise due to the live singing, and difficult to hear conversations amongst us. Outside seating arrangement was good but due to the noise, we had to shift to the inner quarters where the sofa and table were at the same level, so we couldn't eat properly and had a lot of problem there Lighting was very dark. Limited amount of alcohol, not much variety”

“Really poor quality of rooms, we booked around 23 rooms for stay for wedding guests, mosquitos were there in all rooms, they don't have their kitchen so you will not get any cutlery. They just spoiled complete stay of our guests, they were unable to arrange the breakfast, it created so embarrassing moment in front of guests. Leakages in washroom. Really bad experience & will recommend not to use this hotel”

“I had an extremely disappointing experience at this property. The service was terrible, especially the receptionists who were both cunning and rude. We paid 12k for two rooms and were promised 2 extra hours for freshening up in the evening by a lady at the morning reception. However, when we arrived in the evening, they refused to honor this commitment and demanded an additional 5k for the two rooms. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the male receptionist in the evening seemed solely money-minded. The food served was of subpar quality and exorbitantly priced. I strongly advise against staying at this property. For the same budget, you can find much better 4-star hotels nearby. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and choose a different place to stay. Again I strongly suggest don't stay this property.”

“Never have i ever had such a bad experience with any of the hotels till now. Even the Oyo staff of Jaipur is better than them. The rooms are not even normally maintained. The staff is not cooperative at all. We were even denied the basic amenities like cutlery and drinking water even. The service is pathetic. And i never give such bad reviews but they have earned it. Neither will i ever go to this place nor will I recommend it to anyone. Just the location is alright. That's about it.”
