“This place consists of 2 worlds - daily and permanent. The daily staff are nice, polite, helpful, efficient. The permanent, that is the property itself, leaves much to be desired. Rotten pipes under the sink (yes, you'll see them even without looking for them), disgustingly dirty chairs with permanent spots on them telling you the stories of their lives you don't want to even try to know. Sewage smell in the room... On the other hand - a beautiful restaurant space with gorgeous park views through the french doors.”

The staff always take good care that guests have enough served food and beverage. The location is a bit outside of the city, not far from Kunst-Akademie (Münster school of art and design) and business area. There are enough free parking space on the street and some free parking spaces in the hotel yard. The hotel has an easy access from the main train station with the public bus.”
