“Azure Palm Hot Spring Resort and Day Spa Oasis was absolutely the best experience that we had while visiting Palm Springs. From the moment we entered we felt welcomed and relaxed. We were just here for the day, and the Spa front desk attendants were very helpful and friendly, ensuring that we were well informed of all of the services available at the Oasis. Once changed and at the Oasis, we quickly found a mineral hot spring soaking tub, and began relaxing in the mineral rich waters. Now, the soaking tubs are a pretty treasured spot, so I recommend getting there early if you want a little personal relaxation time. It did get a little busy as the day progressed, so have a little patience while waiting for a spot to open up.... and on the flip side, definitely enjoy your relaxation time, but make sure you aren't over staying your time in the mineral tubs, as they are limited. We made several new friends by sharing tubs, and enjoying the day. Definitely don't skip the Reflexology walk, which is a short walk through hot spring fed waters that hits pressure points on your feet! It hurts so good. There are also a few sauna's around, along with a heated swimming pool, Himalayan salt room and several spa's to keep you nice and relaxed. Our only regret is that we didn't book a room at the resort to enjoy more that the amazing Oasis had to offer!”

I called Emily at the reservation desk to check in early and she was very kind and accommodating. Emily stated the room would be ready as soon as I arrived. Upon arrival I met Nell at the reception counter as Emily had went to lunch. The hotel was booked for the weekend. Well was very pleasant, professional and kind. Great customer service. I was given the keys to the room and unlike other Marriott hotels I have stayed in this one, or at least the room I was in was not updated or renovated. The door to the room was in need of repair and the room was visibly well used and not renovated. We did take advantage of the early breakfast the next morning which was a nice amenity. The location is prime and near the frwy, 111 and other popular sites and thoroughfares. Recommended.”

At minimum. Honestly, truly - the hotel needs to be renovated. Rooms need an update. New carpet, furniture, sinks/bath, and decor. Everything feels just dirty and worn enough to not feel comfortable. If renovations are not possible then at least deep clean. That is cheap!”

“We stay at Fairfield Inns often, but this one was quite a disappointment. The hotel lobby is clean and seems to be updated. The room we stayed in was extremely worn out, and it wasn't very clean. The bathroom upper walls were filthy with either a layer of dirt or quite possibly mold. The fixtures were stained and in need of an update. The "wood" flooring was gapped in many places and missing pieces in other. The furniture was scratched and worn, and the air conditioner was in need of a service. The breakfast served was good, with a variety of options. Upon checkout, I mentioned many of the glaring problems in the room to the front desk attendant and she did not appear to be concerned. She made no note of the items I brought to her attention.”
