“I arrived here by accident when I was lost. The staff barely spoke English, but that did not stop them from being quite helpful and friendly. I had no reservation, but it was no problem at all to get me a very nice, clean room with air conditioning, tv, wifi, at an extremely good price for what you get (just 36 euro). The lunch I enjoyed there was excellent (and just 8 euro). Although arriving at this place was an accident for me, it was a very happy accident and I highly recommend it to anyone!”

“On first impression, the hotel looks great. I understand they are undergoing some renovations but I didn't appreciate workers literally on my door at 08:10 every morning. The room had some questionable stains on the headboard of the bed, burn marks above the emergency light and many other smaller things that suggest management don't care. My final night (of 5), I was awoken at 1 am by a large group checking into multiple rooms, slamming doors, shouting down the corridor etc. I called reception who had already recieved complaints but it went on for a further 30 mins. Advertised WIFI only works in the lobby.”

“We had a pleasant stayHotel La Mela. Service guys were amazing, especially Raf and other young guy. Thank you both! Since the breakfast was included, we had a really good meals too. Its a pretty clean place too. The Beach is not that far, just the access to it is a little bit risky (we didn't found any pedestrian route) if you go on foot. Rent a scooter or a car would be a much better option. Route to Napoli however is a challenge if you are planing to go there daily, which we did. At the end, i personally think that the price-quality relation is pretty good.”

“At first we got a dirty room, the toilet was not cleaned. But as soon as we like the reception staff know, they changed it to a better and clean room immediately. We could also hear the next people in the other room do their thing.. that's the rooms downstairs. The room walls should be soundproof, please. The staff are friendly and have good customer service. The room has a balcony for great views, and breakfast is good. It is a well maintained hotel.”
