“This is a great RV park! It's kinda crazy that it's tucked right in Chelan! The grass is very luscious, there are big trees that help with shade if you are summer camping. Don Morse park is right next door and it's so easy to grab your stuff and spend the day at the beach playing in water! There is also a skate park, a small go kart track, bowling and put-put golf all within walking distance. And if you are looking for a quick bite, Lakeview Drive In is really really close and their burgers are delicious! One of my favorite places to go! The only problem was that they don't have additional parking for extra cars, you either have to find a side street in the neighborhoods close by or pay to have it parked next door at Don Morse park, which was ridiculously expensive. I think they need to change their game plan on that. I think additional parking needs to be created or work out a deal with the park next door for like $10 a day like most campgrounds. Another thing was there were sooooo many spots open in the campground and they would even let us park there because it was considered fully booked. We even said we would.move if the campers came to claim their spot. We didn't have one neighbor the entire time we were there...... something needs to change about that.”

“My experience here has been nothing short of awful. 1. The construction noise above my place (2507) has been somewhere between unbearable and insanity. There was a flood on 26/27 and it came into my place. When I moved in I was told about that but then Greystar wanted to remodel the Penthouses without consulting any of us on the noise levels. The remodeled PHs will be wonderful for those people but those below you suffered for months. I am moving out early due to the construction noise and no concession was given to me. I was still forced to pay $6110 to break my lease. 2. My apartment was not cleaned when I moved in. The electric stove had not been cleaned, the fridge had not been cleaned, I had ramen and spaghetti noodles (dried) laying in my cupboards. I had some sort of sticky substance under and on all my counters. Dirt and dust in my living room and bathroom. It was disgusting. Now I'm having to pay $230 for cleaning so the next person after me can have a nice clean place. You're welcome! 3. People are constantly parking illegally in our garage and residents let them in. This creates a big issue if you have a larger car like I do. If you speak up about it, you will be ostracized as I was. I lived here in 2017 and it was an amazing place to live. Now it's horrific and I do mean that. I definitely will be seeking legal advice on having to pay 2 months rent, pro-rated rent and a cleaning fee when I was forced to live under such conditions.”

“So, the units are absolutely beautiful, and so is the view from the resident roof-top! All have upgraded countertops and appliances (nothing outdated)! I love the pool table and all the other extra amenities the building has to offer! The roof-stop is reaaallllyy nice! However, the building employees aren't always that great (except for Andrew; he was wonderful!). It seems like you're a pain to them whenever you approach them. There's a coffee machine that's an amenity (it goes into your rent btw), but it never seems to actually work. A coffee machine is a huge plus for me, so it not working most the time is a minus for me. This time around, they just have to add water to it and push a self-cleaning button), and that's taking over a week to do!!! Meanwhile, I heard and saw some office crew having fun causing unnecessary noise on my floor in the hallway after 6pm which scared us because we thought it was intruders in the building. So, they have time to do that, but not do a cleaning of the coffee machine, which takes less than 15 minutes to do?? Unbelievable. Overall, a good comfortable building to live in, but not reliable service from the property staff. So, make your own decision c;”

“DO NOT RENT HERE. I wish I could leave 0 stars for the new management team that lacks transparency... I didn't have an issue living in this property until the Management team changed and I had to move out. I spent few days cleaning the apartment and the management team encouraged doing the checkout async (they asked me to drop off the keys and said they will check the apartment after my departure). BIG MISTAKE. I was surprised by a 200$ paint fee and 175$ cleaning fee. When I asked about an itemized bill, they refused to give me one. The manager sent me pictures of paint stains but I was able to prove that the most prominent patchwork one was there before I rented the apartment (good thing I kept pictures). The manager discounted a conveniently small 25$ from the 200$ bill and refused to send me an itemized bill to explain the remaining charges. He also refused to acknowledge that another stain in the pictures he sent me was already on the wall before I rented the apartment (proof in pictures I kept). 375$ additional charges is unreasonable considering the pictures they sent me and they will refuse to explain how they came up with this amount. DO NOT RENT HERE if you expect transparency through an itemized bill for charges during your move-out. You will be threatened by debt collection and they will not be transparent about their charges. The building Management team changed, so be careful and I recommend you look elsewhere”
