“This is by far the overall best complex I’ve lived in. I initially just went for a random tour but with the friendliness/professionalism of the staff I decided to sign a lease that day! The Assistant Property Manager Alexis was so helpful and patient with me during the process. She was the first person I interacted with and she is the reason I applied the same day as the tour. The Property Manger Maria is the same… never too busy to assist and super professional and friendly. Also the office staff Nate is awesome and welcoming as well! The property is safe, secure quiet and always clean. With officers that live on the property. When I put in a request the maintenance team is always quick, nice and attentive. I definitely recommend this property as your potential new home!”

“Location is perfect but beware! Currently, not much works. Gas has been off for 6 weeks. No jacuzzi, grills, or fire pits work. Golf simulator is not working. Garage is not secure, lots of break ins and thefts. Doors that should be accessible to only residents are broken and anyone can walk in. Hole in the garage floor where concrete can drop onto 1st floor is only covered by plywood. Don’t let the leasing areas cleanliness fool you, it’s the only area that is maintained consistently. Management was informed about this over 6 weeks ago. Security is a joke! ZRS management is friendly but for whatever reason can’t get anything done. Staff is friendly but selling you a lemon! Maybe a google review will help because constantly sending emails has not. It’s a shame because this place should be immaculate!”

“I had the worst experience with The Brodie from the start. They never answer their phone and they told me they were short staffed. As a previous business manager myself, this is no excuse but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I wanted my keys to my apartment in the morning but was told they inspect the apartments in the morning therefore would give me the keys in the afternoon. The master bathroom was so awful with stains in the tub and on the tiles as shown in the picture. The light bulbs in the bathroom and patio were out. The garbage disposal and washer were not working. Wasp nests all around the patio ceiling. Patio door was broken. The front door lock was jamming and jammed all 8 months of my lease, as shown in the picture. I immediately went back to the front office and Ben told me this is why they give you the inspection sheet to write down what's wrong so they can fix it which is not what that sheet is for. Well, this was inhabitable environment because they had to shut off the water supply in order to fix the bathroom. I was also told it was okay if the door always jammed because “it seems to be locking”. This was JUST the beginning. Parking is bad. My roommates car got broken into and Ben didn’t reach out until 3 months later. The gates are always open and broken. Don’t bother having people over because their car will get towed and no one will answer the phone at the towing place or front desk. The list goes on but this is just the surface.”

Very quiet atmosphere, very well maintained grounds, and the workout facility was five star! We used it every day we were there. Also we felt very safe there. We will miss everything about Pearl Lantana!”

“Just moved into the complex. The staff at the leasing office is wonderful. Mr. Saleem made our moving in process a breeze as well as finding the right apartment for us. He was also very thorough about all the information we needed to know. We were blown away by our apartment and the overall complex. Lastly, the maintenance man Carlos is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, he was very helpful in fixing few things in my apartment unit. Overall love the apartment complex.”

“If I could give living here 0 stars I would. If you like constant gnats, roaches, and beetles while staying at a “luxury” apartment this will be the apartment for you. If you also like terrible new management who wrongfully try to file eviction on you when they make you sign 2 leases due to a “system” error and now are charging you legal fees and messing up your rental history, this is the place for you. If you like dealing with rude and entitled management staff that constantly talk over you, LIE, and call you aggressive like Gisela welcome to your new home. If you like your rent raising up by $300 this is the apartment for you. I will NEVER recommend anyone to move here. Constant road noises and loud music from new bar due windows not being fully sealed, the list goes on… Old management was 10x better, the upkeep of this apartment now is terrible. I’ve attached pictures of the roaches in the lights, and me having to attach tape to the window to stop gnats from coming in. There’s soooo many better REAL luxury apartments in midtown this is not it.”

“Property is very nice and kept clean most of the time, although maintenance requests can take a while. If you’re a resident and pay for parking, don’t come home late because the availability of parking is close to none as I believe residents are allowing their visitors into the garage to occupy parking. Upon moving in, our units air filter was extremely dirty whereas other residents stated theirs had been changed already. Our units dryer also did not work and would take multiple cycles and hours to dry and also tore and destroyed multiple articles of my clothing. All in all a good place to stay, just depends if you receive a good unit or not I suppose. - Update: I’ve contacted management through the front office, email, and portal multiple times and have not received a response on the situation after being told I would “shortly”.”

“This place is a literal dumpster fire! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Here is the quick version of my year and a half here at this disaster of an apartment complex. Assist manager Jet sucks and is rude. General Manager Tania is useless. We have had two drink drives crash through the dog park. Several school children fight, graffiti, cars broken into, cars put on blocks, empty bullet casings found around the complex, roaches in our apartment, snakes in our apartment, I was bitten by a wild dog on the property. Porch pirates. Trash is littered throughout the complex. And their was an actual dumpster fire! I moved in over a year ago. When we found this place, we couldn't have been more excited. It was managed by Courtland, and we knew that was a brand we could trust. We were very, very excited, to say the least. But as if it was almost overnight. Courtland sold the property to Alden Park. Maybe you're better at finding info about them better than me. But I couldn't find anything, and I still can't. Our apartment has had several issues go wrong with it, and getting a service request is like pulling teeth. When the dishwasher leaked, it took 3 days for maintenance to come and fix it. When our disposal broke, it took two days. These were the more recent requests we put in. But there was a long amount of time when we didn't put in any service request because we just didn't want to deal with the rude maintenance workers. They give you attitude for putting in the request, and they do the bare minimum. Don't expect any form of customer service from them. But that's typical maintenance people attitude. You would expect the front office to have a better attitude and be more customer friendly. NOPE! Jet is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Awkward, unhelpful, complacent, and disrespectful. I have had several interactions with Jet, and each time, I think less of him. The only saving grace at the front office was Tania. "WAS" is key. We have tried communicating with her about our neighbors upstairs being very loud past quite hours. In the beginning, she filled me with hope we would see results. But we're going on 3 weeks and 8 consecutive days with zero reply from her about the people upstairs. After all of this, I asked to leave and get out of my lease. They require two months' rent!!!! I asked if it could be waved, given everything we have dealt with while here. I was told we can set up a payment plan. I don't want to give you any more money!”

“We got our rent to own home in March moved in to find a busted window still broken that was supposed to be fixed before we moved in, its now January and it still isn’t properly fixed. Our roof was supposed to be fixed before move in, still yet to happen. Our house in the warm months is in the 90’s and in the cold months its unbearably cold. Our floors started coming up a month into living here. None of the windows lock, a few leak when it rains, back door leaks as well. Bottom of kitchen sink leaks. Toilets aren’t properly installed. We have never been a single day late on rent but got an EVICTION notice because apparently the application fee didn’t go through when we had proof it had. We absolutely cannot wait to get out of here. On top of everything else there are so many loose dogs and ppl that have their yards filled with garbage. I would not recommend this place to anyone, we have not been comfortable in this home a single day we have lived here.”

“If you are looking for an apartment with enough space, privacy, security and good amenities and with first-class costumer services. this is your place. I lived here for 4 years and I have no complaints. They were always attentive with good communication. The girls in the office always helped me with any questions. The maintenance guys are super efficient, always with a good attitude and responsible. Above all, Brian Garcia always helping to solve any problem I had in my apartment. My family is grateful and pleased with these 4 years living there. My only recommendation is install a more advanced gate opening system. many times my phone didn't work with this one. and update a little be fitness center machines. Thanks for everything keep the good work and taking care of all the family you are going to have here beginning a new life.❤️”
