I’ve been having a stressful time trying to find the right fit for me, but Natalia assured me that I was at the right place, and that my satisfaction is her first priority! She was correct. I felt respected and heard. It was such a refreshing experience. I will definitely be referring Bell Arlington to anybody in the market!”

“I always come back to this neighborhood because of how safe it is and have lived in several buildings; the Witmer is for sure in my top two and somewhere I’d live again if I move back to the area. The building is clean and the staff is just exceptional, never had any issues with noise and by far some of the best neighbors I’ve had. Trash shoots are well managed, the cleaning staff is AMAZING. Also, appreciate that they pay close attention to the overall scent and that the building’s signature scent is throughout even in the gym. The monthly events calendar and community events is a great perk for those that are new to the DC area. The only con was the AI algorithm that buildings in the area now use that make people jump around because of how it inflates things. Annette is a gem though and I will definitely miss her!”

“Our recent move to Avalon Clarendon’s duplex-style apartment has been an incredibly positive experience. From the outset, the level of professionalism and warmth extended by everyone, from the leasing staff to the concierge (a special shoutout to Sandy!!!), has been exceptional. They’ve made the transition not just smooth, but genuinely welcoming. One of the standout aspects of living here has been the efficiency of the maintenance team. We’ve had a couple of maintenance requests since moving in, and each time, the response was swift, and the staff were not only professional but also very courteous. The location of Avalon Clarendon is another huge plus. Having a Whole Foods, Giant, and Trader Joe’s within easy reach is incredibly convenient for our grocery needs. Moreover, the abundance of restaurants and shops, coupled with the proximity to the metro, just a couple of blocks away, adds to the appeal of this location. The amenities provided here are top-notch. The availability of Amazon lockers and a well-maintained package room adds a layer of convenience to our daily lives. Additionally, the gym and resident lounge are great spaces that enhance our living experience. They are well-equipped, clean, and always accessible. The sense of community here is also worth mentioning. We have found our neighbors to be friendly, contributing to a pleasant and neighborly atmosphere. The management team’s approachability and willingness to assist with any concerns have made living here stress-free and enjoyable. In summary, Avalon Clarendon has not only met but exceeded our expectations. With its blend of great location, excellent amenities, professional staff, and a welcoming community, it truly feels like a home. “origin neighbors: "like" this comment if Origin raised your rent more than 20%… they just raised our neighbor's rent over 25%... $700+ more per month. read those reviews before you consider living here. and remember they incentivize tenants to write positive reviews. Look, I don't want to write this review but it's frustrating to have so many issues and still get gouged on rent. This is one of the most expensive buildings in Arlington. "Luxury" is front doors that haven't worked for over 2 years. They don't lock, sometimes they don't even open, and the handicap button has never functioned. Zero security and we're right next to a bus stop and busy city street. Random people walk through the lobby with packages unattended. It's unacceptable. Come tour so you can see the broken TV on the patio, leaking ceilings, printer that doesn't work, more broken doors on the roof (good luck getting to the pool), and the bathroom with a sink that simply doesn't turn on. All in all, a beautiful building built in 2018 and falling more into disrepair each day. $2800 for a studio but they can't get the front doors to work.”

The couriers and delivery drivers are following her orders for keeping that god awful package room clean as well as the outside. We can finally find our packages. This is greatly appreciated. “I recently moved into this freshly renovated apartment, but unfortunately, I encountered a series of issues. The washer and dryer weren't functioning, and the closet door for these appliances couldn't close properly. The stove and oven were also non-operational, and the shower water couldn't get hot enough. In response to these problems, I filed a complaint with the leasing office. Their initial response was to put in an emergency ticket to address the issues. However, despite emphasizing the urgency of these repairs during multiple visits to the leasing office, there was no follow-up. It took four visits and five days before someone finally came over to address the problems. Even then, they couldn't complete the entire job, promising to return the next day to fix the closet door. Now, it has been six days, and the door still won't close. Despite additional visits to the leasing office, it seems that communication regarding this issue has stalled. I'm rating this place two stars because they did eventually fix most of the problems, but the lingering issue with the closet door is frustrating. I've asked multiple times when it will be resolved, and the response is always that maintenance will come tomorrow. If you're considering moving into these apartments, I recommend thoroughly checking everything before moving in, as the maintenance response has been disappointingly slow.”

The rent is a little on the high side but competitive to the area. Leah helped me through the entire process and was very communicative. I’m thankful to be in such a safe place. My neighbors are friendly and quiet and parking is not a problem.”
