“I I thought I had already put my review on Google for where I lived but apparently not! I absolutely love living here It has been wonderful and I have left every minute of it. The staff and the maintenance staff has been absolutely brilliant at their work. I love the apartment I love the amenities. I could go on and on and there is simply just not enough room here for me to say how much living here has truly enriched my life. I simply enjoy being in this building. It is simply wonderful amazing fantastic all of the great things that you can imagine about living about living In a loft imagine it and move in here.”

“Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay in these apartments. We chose to do a short term lease while we sold our house and moved to a new one. We were there for 5 months and payed over 2k+ a month. I understand with short term leases you pay more but with that price tag - we expected more…Which is why we picked these apartments. Upon receiving our keys, we entered the apartment which had the worst dog/urine smell imaginable. We immediately marked it on our move in sheet (along with a long list of other damages) for the office and I spent days prior to move in coming over to sprinkle carpet deodorizing powder and to vacuum. It worked some. The apartment had so many flies that we spent a month trying to get rid of them. I found maggots in the bathroom within the first few days. Ironically, they charge you for pest control monthly. There were clear thumb tacks all over the carpet we kept finding as we vacuumed which was alarming with a toddler. The humidity was so intense when we first moved in that my iPhone wouldn’t charge at times and would alert there was moisture in my phone. (I didn’t even know that was possible) When winter came and they turned on the heat - even with the temperature on the lowest setting and placing fans everywhere - it was too hot for my toddler to sleep in her room with her door closed. She’d wake up drenched. Finally, when we moved we had to pay to have the carpet cleaned which was fine but felt like robbery considering what we had moved into. When we received our deposit back they charged us over 100 to paint. We hung nothing on the walls within those 5 months knowing it was temporary and no damages were made. We are so happy to be done with this experience and we will never recommend these apartments to anyone else long term or short term seekers.”
