“I read all of the one star reviews regarding this complex. I’m going to say that each and every one of those reviews are 100% true and I’ve had similar experiences as well. I miss the old management before this so-called “ZRS management.” I’ve lived there for 13 years and when the new management came, the quality of living there went downhill. 1. They never replace broken appliances or do order requests. You have to actually physically call them in order for them to sent something over or to have someone look at the problem. 2. We’ve left several requests over the last couple of years trying to get new appliances and they refused or didn’t even want to do it. In fact, every time I requested it, they would simply deny it or cancel it. 3. The staff. Awful. Horrible service for the tenants. They always give you an attitude. I’ll never forget the first time I met the new manager. I wanted to negotiate my lease renewal and she didn’t even want to make an appointment with me or talk to me in person. All she did was yell at me across the room “GO SEND ME AN EMAIL! I WILL ONLY RESPOND EMAIL ONLY!!!” Very rude. Every time I call or ask for requests, they aren’t welcoming or “warm” to us. Just mean, cold, and distant. Like their corporate company. 4. I mean I’m not expecting to get my security deposit but OWING them after I moved out even though we’ve lived in carpet only, kept the place clean and tidy, and yet have the audacity to charge us after moving out?! Pitiful. I really miss the old management. The staff and community was way better than the one now. If it were a few years ago, I’d give this place 5 stars but now, 1 star is not enough.”
