“Stayed here for 4N5D. Great view. Paid Php350 for parking space per day. Near Pacdal Church, heard the Church bells and daily prayers. Very near Wright Park, Pink Sisters and Good Shepherd. Lots of one way streets so travel time going to Bristle Ridge is longer during busy hours. It's a quiet place. So nice to observe the quietude of the city during the wee hours of the morning.”

“THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU RENT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Me and my friends lived here for half a year. And it was a terrible stay. 1. The bathroom fittings were rusted and mutted when the brokers already said it was ready to move in. 2. The whole building had lots of spiders, cockroaches, lizards and insects. 3. The owners and brokers will be very sweet and caring when you go to check the units but the same owners and brokers will make you pay unnecessary money when you ask them to return your deposit back. 4. The electricity bill is very high because of either faulty meters or old aircons. 5. There are security guards in every building but they wont even stop anyone from entering the building. So its just to create an illusion that you are safe. 6. Specially if you are not a filipino dont even think about renting a room here. You will be served with lots of disgusted looks and comments. Even the guards are rude to non-filipinos.”

“This place is a low rise condo apartment. The location is in the middle of Makati, Manila and Quezon City which makes it accessible if you will not move during rush hours. It will just grow in you once you stayed in the area because you will realized all your needs are just an arms length. Overall I am happy to own a studio unit in this not so glamorous location but still giving me a good night sleep.”

“Nice building and location. A number of popular and good restaurants, bars and cafes, park, supermarket, bookstore, and convenience shops are within walking distance. Won't be complete without a church. Units are likened to hotel single/queen bed rooms, but with an additional kitchenette. Sufficient for short stays up to a month for travelling singles / couples. Views from the room are gorgeous. WiFi is available for your room and nearby, but unavailable in the lobby. Unfortunately, the time I was visiting, was not given any notification on closure of the pool for repairs/maintenance. My poor swimsuit couldn't get a breather. 😅 High security in the building, but if having visitors, advanced notice to the guards should suffice. Had 16 people over for my friend's wedding preparations and gathering pre-shoot and wedding. Also, there is a security panel in the room where the security can buzz to check with the person staying there if the visitor is valid. CCTV view possible. Drawback is that there is a registration and security desk at the lobby, but no baggage holds available. Bellhop service is available.”

There is a pool where guests and residents can relax and unwind. Mailboxes are also a nice feature in this condominium. Several stores and food shops are also lodged within the complex at the ground floor where you can avail of anything you would want or need.”

It could be improved by better communal air con. The air con in public areas I believe needs repair and hasn’t worked for some time. The gym is particularly difficult to use without aircon and you have to limit time on CV equipment due to your body overheating.”

It's also within walking distance of Araneta Center/City, malls, and major government offices like Pag-ibig, SSS, NBI, and Philhealth.”
