If you enjoy calling multiple times a week and being told that they will TRY to contact the owner but nothing gets done, then please use this company. However, if you are like me and would like to wake up to a warm apartment and have your calls/emails taken seriously then maybe try another company... Before you comment and say: "we are trying our best" and "it is the fault of the owner", the fact that we pay rent to you each month yet can't have basic access to windows that work is insane. Last time I wrote a review, I got taken seriously so fingers crossed it works this time.”

“First and last experience with this rental manager, although recommended by several people who have spent quite a few holidays there in recent years. From the outset, we do not know whether the accommodation we are going to rent belongs to the agency or to a private owner. Dirty apartment, no arrival/departure inventory Significant rainwater leak on the ceiling during the night, Clean limit: dirty floor and mouse droppings on the ground floor on the shelves, and upper sleeping area. For which I learned that access was prohibited when I handed over the key on the day of my departure. Flight problem during the week, agency informed: don't worry, we won't take it into account, Day of departure, please do what is necessary so that nothing is missing, otherwise we will withhold the deposit... Amount of damage less than €10, deposit at €300... In short, I don't know what happened, 2 people, 2 answers... Bad luck on my side or inadequate customer management... Frankly, we clearly need to improve or coordinate in terms of decisions. Not being the customer of the year, I'm not sure that this type of comment will change things, but this feeling of being taken for a poor, uninteresting customer is difficult to get over.”
