“This is my second year living here and I loved it last year, however I am not as impressed this year as I was last year. I got locked out of my bedroom recently and called the lockout number over 10 times and was locked out for 12 hours. I never got a call back and had to reach out to a friend that used to work here and they contacted one of the workers and then they came to unlock my door. It is a nice building however the pool is always busy and the maintenance can take a bit. The workers are all very nice though and do their best to help when they can.”

“Steven and Ashley at the leasing office/clubhouse are always friendly! Steven always makes it a habit to enjoy chats with the kids and I when we’re hanging out in the shared spaces. The amenities are enjoyable, and we enjoy the occasional perks (at the clubhouse) where Cadia Crossing has highlighted complimentary beer, pizza, etc! The kids always love stopping by to play a round of pool and to grab candy from the front desk!”

“Management is very disrespectful, they made us park far away from our parking spot because we asked for a closer spot. Then they put a tow away sticker on our vehicle for parking in a parking spot they said was ours. They changed our parking like 3 times in retaliation for asking for maintenance and calling them out for having my vehicle towed illegally and without warning. Not even a courtesy call, since the office staff had been giving us a hard time. We pay our rent on time every month and don’t bother anyone yet they retaliate against us for maintenance request. Who do you reach out to when you have an issue with the office staff? I reached out to Tim who is allegedly the manager and he refused to meet with me or hear me out. Never got a call from Tim with no resolve. He hides in his office. These people are so petty and disrespectful. I will be terminating my lease once it’s up in 4 months and I would never recommend anyone move here. Take your hard earned money somewhere else where it’s valued and appreciated!!!”

“I absolutely love it here! I have become friends with lots of the front desk workers. They are all so friendly. They always work to fix any issue you may have. Definitely much better employees and management than most other student apartments in Tempe. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin; I can hear every word my roommate says when she’s in her room. I also pay the exact same price as my roommates who have walk-in closets AND larger rooms, while I have the smallest room and the smallest closet which is not walk-in. I wish the people with bigger rooms would have to pay more. But overall, it’s been much more enjoyable living here than other Tempe student apartments. I would definitely live here again.”

“Since moving at what’s now known as “ Brix” back in March our time in this apartment, I've noticed some recent changes that have impacted the overall living experience. When I first moved here, the previous management used to organize special event nights, fostering a sense of community and fun. However, these events have disappeared, leaving residents feeling disconnected. In addition to this, the parking situation is quite challenging, and it's disheartening to see some residents storing their cars where they shouldn't. Even with the introduction of parking decals, it hasn't freed up any parking spaces, so people are still forced to park their cars out in the street. Moreover, there was a concerning security issue with the door to Building 2. The entire glass panel was missing, essentially leaving it wide open to anyone, which raises serious safety concerns. The absence of night security further compounds these worries. Additionally, the removal of landscapers has affected the overall aesthetics of the property. To top it off, there's a persistent issue with a strong smell of dog poop and urine, especially when exiting Building 3. The maintenance people all got let go with this NEW management , leaving all of the residents with problems and no solutions I hope the NEW management “ MARK TAYLOR “ can address these issues and properly introduce themselves because they haven’t as of now . Pathetic”

“While the complex is fairly pricey (do to location), the maintenance is amazing! Rigo, the maintenance manager, is always super quick to respond to my maintenance requests, and he's very thorough, and makes sure that all of my questions are answered before he leaves. He also goes above and beyond. One quick example, one of my kitchen lights on the track lighting had burned out, and he didn't just replace the one, he replaced all four so I had the same equal brightness. Management has been great, especially the maintenance, and it's all about the little things!”

I live on the 3rd floor and not having an elevator can get hard at times, that’s the only issue I have. I love how clean the pool is and overall have had a pleasant experience living here.
