“We love living at Parc View! We just recently signed our third lease here and moved from an apartment to one of the townhomes. The homes themselves are beautifully modern and equipped with great features such as Vivint Smart Home systems. The amenities are fabulous and include a large gym, barbecue area, and dog park in addition to the pool and hot tub. The staff is friendly and the maintenance team is so quick! Once, I put a maintenance request in and it was fulfilled within 15 minutes. We would highly recommend living at Parc View.”

“I'm impressed with the level of service and efficiency that our Maintenance staff provide. Tough job to be on call 24/7 and manage all the dog poo. I hope management appreciates you guys as much I do! Thank you for everything. **1 year since previous review ** Ok, so this service call was seamless.... However, I have to offer something constructive. My service call was received and completed better than in a timely manner. I am very satisfied and honestly the staff are great, but, it was too seamless. There was zero evidence anyone had entered my apartment when I was away. When I returned home there was no notice left behind after the service had been completed. **I cannot fault their process since I probably just missed the completion of my call, and notices are most likely sent electronically. Just my spidey sense saying someone had recently been here.** I can appreciate what it takes to maintain this place and this should not be viewed as a detracted level of service. “I don’t even know where to begin. Let’s start with Emily. She made the whole process so easy fast. I’m less than 24 hours she got everything completed and we were able to move in. This has been the best moving experience I have done. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments. This complex is very quiet. Very clean and absolutely beautiful. The apartments are smart capable. Internet is already set up upon move in. It’s convenient. The gym on-site is equipped with life fitness equipment and other top branded workout gear. This is a 10/10. I have zero complaints. “I very much enjoy living here! I feel safe with the security of the closed parking garage and key only entrance. I live in a one bedroom and it has been perfect for just me. Starting a family soon and I have chose to continue staying at Providence Place and upgrade to a 2 bedroom here soon because you cannot find a better deal in the city plus I love it here that much. Dakota and Medina in management are awesome to work with always so happy to see us and help with our requests. Maintenance goes above and beyond for any issue I’ve had in my apartment. I don’t have any complaints or issues about this place.”

“***READ BEFORE RENTING HERE *** I have been living in this apartment complex for 5 years, and every year there is a new manager. Horrible people! I forgot to renew my lease, and they didn't even bother to remind me. Instead, they waited for me to forget and kicked me out. I found out because they offered the same apartment to my sister. LOL! They wanted to evict me because I had many things grandfathered in, such as an outside closet for free. I found out they were charging $100 for it now. I also had two parking spots for $50 each, but they increased the price to $75 to $100 each. Moreover, my three-bedroom apartment, which used to cost $2200, is now being charged over $2500. It seems like they were losing money. They never came to fix anything in the house. I had a broken stove and a broken fridge for three years. The AC constantly breaks down. When they built this apartment, they didn't do a very good job with insulation or soundproofing the walls. As a result, you can hear everything from the outside, and it's really annoying. You can hear cars, motorcycles, bikes, scooters, and even people talking. The parking lots are not safe at all. Things are always being stolen from cars and doors. The garage door is always broken, so most of the time, the doors are open, and your car is not safe in there. Also, don't even think about leaving a bike or any valuable items on the outside patios because they will be stolen. I've always lost packages from Amazon. The management does nothing about it. The Trax station is right around the corner, but that's not a good thing. There are always creeps, bums, and people smoking marijuana in the area. The towing company even removed my car from my parking spot inside the garage for no reason. There are always noise complaints because you can hear everything from other apartments. I'm telling you, this place is really annoying. Think twice before moving here because it's a nightmare. Don't expect to get any support from the management; they don't care about people, specially Bea. She is super rude. Please see the attached pictures to see the condition I left the apartment in. Despite this, they want to charge me $250 when my deposit was $1400, which I never got back. 🤷🏻”
