“I have been here since February of this year (2023) Building B2, 7th floor . Well, the first impression of this Lumpini 2/77 Onnut Bangkok (10 years ago I lived for about 4 years at Lumpini Place in Pinklao Rama 8, wonderful Lumpini) very positive, swimming pool quite large and very clean especially the area around the swimming pool. The gardens wondeful, the gardeners always busy. The apartment is quite large for a very modest price. Then you immediately have the impression that the Guards at the entrance, therefore the Security of Lumpini 2, are they often make or want to be noticed with giggles, not very friendly glances and never a greeting and sometimes even quite rude, as the feeling that you live there for free and they are the masters and last however I am not sure about it, the Security Guards sneaked in my apartment at least once. Same thing for the maids who keep clean. As for the neighborhood, well maybe I was a little unlucky but a Thai woman on my floor came out screaming a couple of times passing by or stop I don't remember it was night also by my door. Very few foreigners. As for the Landlord, the first month I was almost threatened, almost... by the Lumpini real estate agent so that the payment of the rent would not be delayed even by one day. After this episode I contacted the Landlord directly to pay the rent. I thought I had done a positive thing, but it wasn't like that. The landlord always contacts me and request me in advance, like in the morning of the exact day the rent is due. An example last month it happened only once I announced earlier that I would be paying two days later, well, she contacted me before the two days to find out about the rent. I repeat, I have lived in Thailand for 13 years and I have worked in various provinces outside Bangkok, I had never lived in such a "singular" place.”

It’s a very live area”
