“This may seem like a fake review written by the property, but I can assure you, I don't work for them! IMT Lake House is a little more expensive than other places that we looked at, but trust me, it's worth it. From the amazing customer service provided by Jessica and Michelle, to the maintenance tag team of Jorge and Christian, IMT have really hired the best people. As far as the property itself goes, I don't know what more we could have asked for. Gorgeous pool, cabanas, a regular gym for weights and a second gym for Spinning (with a rowing machine!) They also have a very relaxing common area with comfortable furniture, many televisions, and even a pool table! Outside in the swimming pool area they also have grills and a freaking pizza oven! All you have to do is reserve the amenities in the app (for free) and you can host little gatherings with family/friends. The parking garage is also very accessible and feels very secure, with a limited number of charging ports for electric vehicles. Though they might need to add more, it almost feels like 1/3 of the residents have a Tesla. Lastly, this property is walking distance to a great bar (American Social), an amazing Italian restaurant (North Italia), and other places I haven't got a chance to try yet! If you're lucky enough to get an apartment in this complex (they have very few empty apartments), I think you will be more than satisfied.”

Thank you to Hannah Goodwin, who was the most patient, kindest, and attentive worker out of all the complexes we visited. I highly recommend checking out these apartments. The workers are so kind and professional including the manager Niquan. Move in process was smooth and everything has been amazing so far. “I have lived here almost 7 months now and have not seen many of the issues stated by those giving Arcadia 1 and 2 stars. That’s not to say they don’t exist, I just haven’t seen or experienced them myself, neither have many of the residents I have had conversations with. I work in the industry so I tend to be pickier because I know what I am seeing and what I should be looking for. I have had a great experience so far. The management staff has always been responsive and accommodating. The grounds are kept extremely clean. They do regular massive projects, (hallway carpet cleans, window cleaning, landscaping projects. etc) and emails are always sent out informing the residents of this in advance. They offer multiple monthly residents appreciation events. Food trucks, Yoga by the pool and other gatherings in the leasing office. I do, however, agree with some of the other comments about children. I have a 4 year old who recently moved in above me and literally spends 6 hours a day and all weekend jumping up and down, running back and forth, throwing things on the floor. I wish it were legal to require families with toddlers to live only on the first floor. However, there are things the staff cannot necessarily police 24/7, it is up to the parents to be more respectful of what their children are doing in and around the grounds. I see more damage (minor and usually inconsequential) done by children than I have ever seen by a dog. The pet owners here are way more respectful in picking up after their pets and keeping their dogs under control than some of the parents are. All in all, I am more than happy with my decision to move to Arcadia over some of the other options I had.”

“Love living here so far. It’s a nice area and the amenities are amazing, especially the pool. There’s also 3 different fitness rooms, a ping pong table, two fire pits, a dog wash, a rooftop terrace, a computer room (with a working printer), a business room, Luxor package room, and a Starbucks coffee machine. The staff here are amazing as well. Maintenance always comes within a day of putting in a request. And the leasing staff are so proactive and helpful with anything that comes up. Shout out to Kenny and Derrol for always being there for us”

Despite my last apartment complex taking an unusual time processing my rental verification, she kept me reassured and soon as she received the information back, she had me approved in moments! “I moved here about 3 months ago and have been battling roaches ever since. They also knew about the roach problem and didn't say anything because when we moved in there was roach powder in the closets, cabinets, and behind the fridge and stove, as well as roach bait around the apartment. I wish they had told us roach poison was in the unit because I got it all over my dishes because I didn't realize it was in our cabinets, so I had to wash everything after moving in. At first we saw about 10 to 20 a day now it's about 2 or 3 a day after we took measures into our own hands. They provide pest control but it wasn't working so I had to go and get my own roach bait and spray, as well as applying my own caulking to cabinets and walls where there were cracks when we figured out where they were coming from. Also, when we moved in the floors were extremely dirty, just walking on the floors for 10 minutes turned out feet completely black. We have mopped and swiffered the floors 8 times and its better but not by much, we still have to wear shoes in the apartment. Other than the roaches and floors everything else is great. There is a lot of space in the unit and the layout is really nice. The amenities are also really great too. The apartment management did reach out to us about our problems already, but they said they couldn't do anything about the floors and that the only thing they could do for the roaches was to provide pest control which wasn't working.”

“I have lived here a month. The process from inquiring about an apartment to moving in was actually pleasant . Sandy was great and communicated with us every step of the way. The apartment community is quiet for the most part. My only issue is with the parking. Finding a spot near our building after 6:00pm becomes a little challenging. It's even more difficult, almost impossible after 9:00pm when my fiancé gets home from work. Aside from the parking, we are quite happy with our new apartment home and our experiences with the staff.”

“Original review: Miss Sandra helped us through the process on moving day! She was so helpful and eager to get us all moved in. The place we were at before axis west, was awful and not the safest so this was a big upgrade for us and we are so grateful we were able to find a unit within our budget and availability. We love it here! Update: our neighbors are not courteous or respectful AT ALL. They are always loud, blasting music during the day which the bass of it can be heard in our bedroom bathroom & closet on a daily basis and at night yelling obnoxiously at the top of their lungs. It shouldn’t even be just a rule within after 10pm should be anytime of the day or evening. It’s called courtesy. I was told they would be asked to come to the office a while ago to be spoken with face to face because numerous times this has occurred since a little after we moved in but if it’s been so that they have been spoken to, it’s definitely not doing anything because they still continue to do it. I have given proof of video recordings to the office staff as well and nothing seems like it’s working. It’s beautiful property and I love our apartment but it’s a real shame this is a reoccurrence over and over. I really don’t think we will be renewing our lease due to this situation because it’s just not fair. I guarantee you if it was the other way around anyone would be just as stressed and upset. Do better!”

“I’ve lived in this apartment complex since June and every night when I arrive home from work there is no parking. I have to drive around the entire complex to find parking there have been nights where I have to park in the future residents parking I’ve had to park in the handicap parking, I’ve had to park in the loading zone, or on the other side of the complex and walk 10 mins. Just received a citation for parking in a handicap spot because there were zero parking spots in my complex. Beware you will not be able to find parking if you live here. I have contacted the leasing office in the past about the parking situation because it’s not safe to be walking 10 mins to get to your apartment late at night. Good luck because there is nothing they can do. Will add photos when I get home tonight and cannot find parking again. You pay over $2000 for this apartment and can’t even find parking. They do not care, poor attitudes, will not offer compensation for the lack there of, of parking. Something as simple and somewhere to park your car. There are tons of cars that do not have stickers every night. Attached are pictures of every single parking spot filled from the club house, down 3 different buildings. So it’s not just about having a parking spot “right in front” of your apartment rather than having to walk 10 Mins from the complete opposite side to the other. Ample parking should be ample for everyone when everyone is home…”
